They ask for full payment for cakes before. Which is fine but on the day of pick up my cake looked nothing like the picture I had showed them at all ! Horrible customer service skills. Some reason I need to call the bakery manager from a different number to organize details. Called for an edible image/icing sheet. Nobody in there understood me. It takes 10-15 minutes to print one; they made it seen like it was impossible. Very rude and I usually don’t reviews like this.

It's a place of it all, sweet breads and mexican food too. Sometimes you can buy bread from them at a low price. There's a lot of options for the sweet bread though, sometimes with jelly, some with a whole lot of sugar, which are my favorites. The staff don't walk around, you just order, they give you your bread and you're out. Easy, but if you order genuine food, it'll take around 7 minutes for them to serve a basic meal. They have a lot of options for a bakery. And their cakes look nice, I've never eaten one but they have some for display and they look pleasing. Overall, 4 for me, I love going there for either bread, food or ordering some bread to eat at home with things like beans.

The cake was overpriced and decorated a bit poorly. It’s clear they put minimal effort into this cake. They used canned peaches and even forgot to finish the decoration. There was a gap where someone carelessly forgot to add one of the oreos. And it was $70 to boot. You’d be better off buying a cake elsewhere.

I can't say enough good things about Don Polvoron Bakery. Their cakes are absolutely delicious and always beautifully decorated. While I've only ordered a few times, every experience has exceeded my expectations. The freshness and exquisite taste of their cakes truly stands out.
At every party, my guests rave about how amazing the cakes taste and often come back for seconds. Over the past few months I've ordered tres leches cake for my daughter's 21st birthday, a marble cake for my granddaughter's birthday and a strawberry cake for my daughter's 17th birthday. I'm not a big fan of strawberry cake, but I was blown away by how delicious theirs was.
I'm already planning to order another cake for my grandson's birthday. I highly recommend Don Polvoron Bakery to anyone looking for outstanding cakes.
The pupusas are not useful, they are simple without flavor, they use different beans and cheese, they are not good👎🏽

First off, George is great! After rescheduling an order in march to september, we were able to change dates with no issues or extra fees. George almost perfectly replicated our vision from a google image to the cake we hoped for! Flavor wise, nothing was lacking. Thank you for working with us and we will be coming back!
