Thank you Donut Factory! Great donuts and great service. Ordered via DoorDash and they were out of a particular item I ordered and wrote me a nice note apologizing and including a ton of extra items! Much appreciated

My first time coming here and the lady was so rude she appeared to get annoyed by me asking questions about what donuts are included in the dozen? Ignorant business practices!!! I ended up taking my business elsewhere

They are always friendly, courteous and great donuts. Ham and cheese croissants are great too.

I love the ham and cheese croissant! Just enough heat on the jalapeno, Combination of the 3 ingredients are perfect.Donuts are ok. I prefer really sweet donuts but for everyone who likes them not too sweet this is it. Service is quick and friendly

Does anyone know if any of their donuts don't have milk in it? Can't call them no numbers work. Can't find any info about it online anywhere either. I appreciate and useful info someone can provide me.

We came here on a weekend morning and there were a lot of people in line, about 10 people. The line moved really quickly and I think it was pretty efficient. I think those waiting for their orders were mainly those who ordered breakfast sandwiches. We ordered a maple donut, a glazed donut, and some baby donut holes. The donuts were good but there was nothing special about them. However, they definitely did hit our donut craving. We would definitely visit again when we go to the water store next door (which is both owned by the same sweet family).

I had a rehearsal for a musical on mother's Day and decided I should get all of the mothers some donuts. I didn't really have an allergy list or who likes what, but I knew a general everyone likes donuts. At first I was going to go to Krispy Kreme or Dunkin' donuts as I recently heard that they opened, but both of them didn't feel loving enough. I then remembered that I used to go to donut factory with my mother when I was a little girl and quickly scooched over there. I believe I got there around 12:30 and there was still a lot of fresh donuts available. I asked to just make a random Baker's dozen and the nice woman who worked there quickly got it together. I was told by the mothers that the donuts were absolutely delicious and they loved their mother's Day treat.

My favorite donut from here is the UBE CAKE DONUT. It has the right hint of ube, perfect cakey-ness, and sweet glaze. The raised donuts are okay.

Mmmm donuts! I don't get them often but when the craving hits it's an Apple fritter and glazed donut. A good glazed (imo) is a good indicator of a good spot!Sadly, it's hard to find a good old-school donut place...no need to impress me with a gourmet one thank you very much! Donut Factory has a proper yeast donut: light, fluffy, not oily and has a good flavor. Their apple fritter is pretty good with plenty of fried-crunchy crevices with a soft interior with bites of apple and not overly glazed. Pricing in-line with other like doughnut shops and will return for their maple-glazed and another fritter!I'm thinking they changed owners or definitely have improved as I visited about 9 years ago and was not a fan! Yelper, Lori C steered me back with her review and pic of her dozen donuts! :) Feedback: Customer service is ok...when I walked in nobody was out front with full on (loud) conversation in the back...I waited a good 7 minutes (whistling/humming with another customer who came in after me) as they were making a breakfast sandwich in back....doesn't take 2 people...just saying.
