At 12PM, I scheduled two dozen donuts and two coffee boxes for a large group of co-workers, which came up to over $100, I scheduled for a pick-up of 4:45pm. I showed up at 4:45pm, and they said they wouldn't be able to complete my order because they didn't have any donuts left...even with 4.5 hour notice! It has been over three weeks later and I still haven't received a refund for the purchase I never received. This company straight up stole from me and the snotty little employees were just playing on their phones while the business loses money and the respect of their customers. I am following up with my credit card company and negative review through the Better Business Bureau (BBB). I would never go back to Dunkin Donuts again.

In this economy, you would think businesses would be more aware of the portion to $$ spent. I get this sandwich all the times. They are playing with the amount of bacon they put on it. $8, for this is ridiculous. It an egg and cheese croissant with a hint of bacon. I normally ignore it but not today. I will never buy this again. You can play with someone else money not mine. There are other places to go, to get what you pay for. This isn't it. P.S. and it was burnt.

But sad is I only see one person in here cashiering and making the drinks and food this place is always short staff. Back in 2019 2020 and 2021 and 2022 you guys had a really good iced coffee and I have recently been ordering it again and it absolutely tastes disgusting it's literally all milk and all syrup and no coffee at all 😭 50% milk 40% sugar syrup and 10% coffee hate to say but McDonald's has better iced coffee ):

I usually like this place but today I received a jelly donut with no jelly. Also, the chocolate cream donut had a string in it, not on it🤢. It was white. Not sure if it was hair or not. Very disappointed. I get off work early in the morning, I stopped by to get a treat. Not the treat I was looking for. Outside of that customer service is always great. Was helped quickly.

Wrong, they had me sitting for 45min for 2 donuts until they were done with their door dash order after I ordered inside the store. they were just looking me like did you order already. when you walk into the store. No hello, no be right with you. Everyone in the store.

I bought a Large Brown Sugar Shakin latte and I got the drink in a medium cup and after they changed it to Large cup I got the drink not all the way full and they have our bagel sandwich wrong and they have to make it twice. I was disappointed. I think coming around 2 PM is not good because the people there has no help and the other worker is rude with the other worker that was on the cashier plus she didn't have no help from that other lady that was being rude to make drinks. I liked the people that works in the morning better. More friendly and greet customers.
I use to go Dunkin for than Starbucks, but this one location is my first time to try. Employees are out of knowledge and need better training. Inside is okay, clean and neat, maybe because it’s not a busy hour. I do not recommend come to this location.

I ordered 2 eggs sandwich and I have no idea how people can eat it. No salt or pepper added. Eggs fells like a plastic. I do not recommend to eat anything from here if you care about your health. Will never ever come again.
