I bought a Large Brown Sugar Shakin latte and I got the drink in a medium cup and after they changed it to Large cup I got the drink not all the way full and they have our bagel sandwich wrong and they have to make it twice. I was disappointed. I think coming around 2 PM is not good because the people there has no help and the other worker is rude with the other worker that was on the cashier plus she didn't have no help from that other lady that was being rude to make drinks. I liked the people that works in the morning better. More friendly and greet customers.

I use to go Dunkin for than Starbucks, but this one location is my first time to try. Employees are out of knowledge and need better training. Inside is okay, clean and neat, maybe because it’s not a busy hour.
I do not recommend come to this location.

Great service and coffee! We didn't like one of the drinks we got and they replaced it free of charge.

Great spot!

If you like waiting 15 mins for a cup of coffee, umm this is the spot.

I ordered 2 eggs sandwich and I have no idea how people can eat it. No salt or pepper added. Eggs fells like a plastic. I do not recommend to eat anything from here if you care about your health. Will never ever come again.

This is a dangerous place. I went on Mother’s Day and it was a big mess. The servers were shouting and screaming at customers. One lady was charging another customer. I lived 10 years in Boston and in love with the brand but this? OMG if this is Dunkin then the corporate should look into it.

I didn’t plan on writing a review, hoping my first visit was just a fluke. However, after today’s second visit, it’s clear that there are serious issues. The place was chaotic—receipts piled up, orders waiting to be made, and only one employee at the counter trying to handle everything. Although the manager was friendly, they didn’t show any urgency, simply calling out instructions rather than actively helping. The store itself was also messy, and a few customers ended up walking out. It’s disappointing because Dunkin’ has great potential, but this location feels dysfunctional. They also seem to regularly be out of menu items. Corporate or a district manager should step in, as this is becoming a liability for the brand.

Took a long time to get out order of breakfast sandwich meals. Almost an hour waiting and the order was incorrect. Otherwise, good coffee and donuts.

6AM staff was very slow...still looks sleepy while serving and people is on a rush. Did not even greet good morning. The worst part is, before getting my order to box it, she asked to pay first...all of the stores get your order first, box it then pay before giving to customer, it is as if i am going to run away...very poor customer service

It's really sad that the owners/management of this place leave employees to work by themselves. I have seen this numerous times. That staff that is left abandoned here are always really nice though. There is one employee working at the time of this photo. 8 o'clock in the morning. More people just keep walking in.

Been here more than one time and they don't have more than a couple things made. It opens at 5 a.m. and was told they have everything at around 8 a.m. there are plenty of family owned donut shops in Hayward that are far more deserving of your business.
These people are a waste of your time. Donut Factory is family owned and operated just a few blocks away from this Dunkin.
They get ready for business before the doors open. You won't be standing there wasting time for 45 minutes to get a dozen donuts and a coffee.
