I usually like this place but today I received a jelly donut with no jelly. Also, the chocolate cream donut had a string in it, not on it🤢. It was white. Not sure if it was hair or not. Very disappointed. I get off work early in the morning, I stopped by to get a treat. Not the treat I was looking for. Outside of that customer service is always great. Was helped quickly.

The food good, the service sucks, you suppose to take care of the customers that in the store right. Wrong, they had me sitting for 45min for 2 donuts until they were done with their door dash order after I ordered inside the store. they were just looking me like did you order already. when you walk into the store. No hello, no be right with you. Everyone in the store.

This dunkn is always clean and the staff is super friendly and works hard. The food is fresh and made You can tell the upper management or owners understaff the place so that’s a bummer, if owners or management reads this, you should really treat your employees better. You’ve got a morning crew that goes above and beyond.
