I had El Pollo loco 3 times in the last week .I live there chicken drums and thighs.10-10 stars .Food was hot and ready. I enjoyed it a lot .I ordered a small Mac n cheese and small rice .It was very tasty and delicious. I will go back for sure again .It was fast and ready when I went or the drive through .

Good food. The grilled chicken is always good. We've also had the burritos and tostada salad, all are great. There are also good side choices, rice, beans, salad with a creamy cilantro dressing are delish and the Mac & cheese is really creamy. Salsas are fresh, love the Pico de Gallo and the salsa Verde has a nice kick. When it's too late to cook dinner, we opt for El Pollo Loco, it's healthier than fried chicken.

Food was good! Customer service was horrible. Alot of younger females that don't even greet you when you walk in or get to the register. There was a black girl that was mean mugging and honestly looked miserable there. Heavier set girl. Management is pretty horrible as well. Food is awesome but the people that work there make it unpleasant.

We go here once in awhile and got relatively healthy food. However, we really do like that mango soda that they have. I've been getting the tostada lately which is really nice and partner is getting a bowl which is relatively cheap. I don't remember the name of the bowl though. Generally plenty of parking. Pretty easy to get to just a few blocks from 880. The weather is pretty warm and mild and even if there's a breeze, the picnic tables are set up so that you're pretty much shielded from it. Overall a nice place to hang and eat or just grab a quick bite.

This has got to be one of the best El Pollo Locos around, as the staff there were outstanding. Not only was the food prepared better than other locations nearby, the restaurant seems somewhat new and is in a great location. I remember ordering chicken from another location and the chicken was overcooked. Not at the Hayward location off Foothill Blvd will you find that to be an issue. Everything is just right there.
