I had never been here before and was pleasantly surprised. I am from Utah and wish that they were located there so that I could go there all the time. The food was excellent, had great flavor, and was fresh. I am a bit picky and asked for my order to be customized to my liking. They nailed it on the 1st try (which is rare anymore). I am in town for a while longer and will go a few more times.

Friday late lunch for 3 of us friends. Lady waitress distracted. Ask specifically no cilantro, and she brought my order with them. No silverware. I asked, and she gave me only a fork, then I've to ask for a knife. Perhaps she is new The young male waiter was polite to greet us before and after our meal.
