Good type of products: french and original in the fact that they are unique compared to American products offerings.Quality could be better though: often cartilage/hard chunks in sausage/salami products despite informing them

Only average. Usedmiltiple times im the past. Their sausages are made with low quality. I had already contacted them a couple years ago to point out that regularly there are pieces or cartilage/bones in their sausages... just ate some yesterday and again: same issue. A real turn off There are better french butchers around

I have buy there truffle butter, Unfortunately it was full of green mold ! had to sent it directly to trash. Tried to contact them by facebook and email several times to get it reimbursed, They did not care at all. Avoid using these company as product are not safe and there is no customer service at all !

rating unknown, i have not tried their product. this is just a warning. they do not sell from their location but google and yelp will direct you there anyway as if they do. the girl in the office said they get people walking in all the time to buy and they have tried contacting google and yelp to be removed, but it does not happen.

Best charcuterie in the US! we love the merguez and the pate!
I just picked up their truffle mousse pate at Costco (SF one in SOMA) and it is delicious!! It's topped with aspic, which might not be everyone's thing but you can flip it upside down to avoid eating it. Two 7 oz. containers for $12! Perfect for my charcuterie board and allows me to have my daily dosage of truffle without feeling guilty!! Nom non nom :)

Bought from them at the Mountain View and Sunnyvale Farmer's Market. The truffle and foie gras mousse were excellent and not too expensive either. They also hand out free samples from time to time, and very friendly staff. Highly recommended!
