Had 1 lb. Brisket. Was good. This place needs to be open past 8 PM - especially on a Saturday night. I am just getting out of bed at 8 PM Saturday. Excellent service from Brittany and the manager. Reuben was solid too.

Grilled chicken Ceasar salad is my favorite. My family love the ribs and the brisket they say its the best in town. Cornbread is to die for can't find it anywhere else like they do at Famous Daves. Highly recommend.

Been wanting to try out the Famous Dave’s since moving to Hayward 5 years ago. It was relatively empty when we came in around 230p on saturday. We were quickly seated and received our ordered drinks just as fast. We ordered Tri-tip, short tip ribs (?), and St Louis ribs. For sides we had cole slaw, mashed potatos, sweet corn.
The tri tip ended up being alot more tougher than anticipated but we enjoyed both ribs. The cole slaw and the corn bread that came with the meal were delicious. We would def come back in the future to try their other offerings.
Shout out to our server Brittany, she was very attentive and friendly, she explained that the tri tip tends to be well done due to how it’s smoked, recommended the brisket next if looking for more succulent and soft. She definitely made our experience more enjoyable
