Very nice place to have afternoon tea. The atmosphere, tea, and food were very nice. The ladies that work there were friendly. The only thing I would mention is when the room started to fill up and get crowded, it seemed to take longer to be served. The crowd also made the room hot and people had to open the door from time to time to let fresh air in. Just learned this place closed and I wish I would have left this review earlier. Service, food, and ambience was wonderful. Please let us know if you open elsewhere. As one of the few African American women businesses in downtown Hayward, we were looking forward to coming back more often. This is one of the few places I loved dressing up to have tea with my friends.
