Everything is fine except for the girl who is serving today..Smiles do not cost nor are they an obligation, but good treatment is courtesy. (You need a little)Even so, my daughter really likes it and I will do my best to spend a good time with her.

Most of the boba tea shop is happy to remake a drink if you are not satisfied with the drink, but this one is not happy to. Also, almost the whole cup of honey tea is transparent, can’t see the color of the tea, basically like a cup of ice tea.

Tasty and delicious drinks at a bit of a premium price usually. Come from 1:30-3pm Mon-Thurs for BOGO happy hour, though! It's a popular place so the wait can sometimes be a couple of minutes with just 2-3 workers behind the counter. My go-tos are the Panda Milk Tea (I love my pleasantly chewy jellies and boba pearls!) and/or the Star Jelly Grapefruit Green Tea. I like to get everything with half sugar and half ice. :) I've never tried their creme brulee waffles before, but it smells absolutely heavenly whenever someone else orders one, haha.Chairs and tables have been well-used now and a bit dented and stained. More of a take-to-go place for sure!Luckily, there's plenty of free parking in this spacious shopping lot. :)

Small place with a few tables to sit down. Maybe only enough it fit 10-12 ppl in total. I usually order something off the menu but I was feeling some ice cream and pudding due to craving something sweet. 3/5 - black tea with egg pudding and ice cream - Black tea was quite strong so I liked that however there was little to no ice cream in the drink despite I paid extra for. The egg pudding was decent tho.

Super expensive. Will not come again. A basic regular milk tea for $7??? Rather driver a bit further for a more tasty cheaper boba drink

Finally!! A Gong Cha so close that I could get to it anytime of the day or week that I crave boba! We love gong cha - especially the mango milk tea, which is our absolute favorite. Love how you can taste the bits of mango in every sip. Like all the other gong Cha's, they serve up good quality and authentic tea. The staff is efficient and nice. Sometimes they don't answer the phone but they are really good about texting you and answering any questions you have. They now have an app that we have been enjoying so that we can preorder and it's there when we arrive. Really convenient and they are running promos on it now. Sign up for their emails to keep up to date on their other promos. Love how it's near target, a Filipino grocery store, AND charging station so I can shop, drink and charge all in one trip! Of special note is that they currently have a promo bogo happy hour mon-th 1:30-3pm! Looks like I'll be coming a bit more!

I really wanted to like it--my first oolong milk tea was delicious but in subsequent visits, the quality had dropped fairly quickly. I can't taste the tea in their milk tea. I'm hesitant to get tapioca pearls in general because often times they're under cooked which has happened several times.. I'll get it if I'm in the area but I wouldn't go out of my way.

Came in Sunday midday. Place was busy and there was only one tap screen on(working?). It was my first time at this location and it's a very small location. It was also sooo hot inside. It's December, I'm pretty sure they were just trying to make it warm today for patrons but with so many people, the heat Just made it worse. We opted to wait for our drinks at GameStop. I got the text that our drinks would take about 20min, which was a nice window to shop. We were only in GameStop for 15 and I decided to check on our drinks, even though I didn't get a text. I walk in and the drinks were on the counter. Good on time but who knows how long they'd been sitting there because our drinks were kinda melted. What we ordered: Creme Brulee Strawberry Milk Tea: 8/10 this is from my teen: it was good but the crème brûlée part had a little bit too much salt. Strawberry Milk Tea: 10/10 perfect balance of sweet Strawberry Milk Smoothie: 9/10: other teen said: it was real good it's just the bottom portion was already melted. Marble Strawberry with a pump of mango syrup: 9/10 real good but alas bottom portion was melted.

Came here specifically for the gingerbread bottles, but their drinks are usually really good. I went right when the opened. Friendly staff, greeted us right away and told us the wait would be about 15 minutes for the boba. Strawberry milk tea with milk foam & boba: Everything about this drink was perfect! Tastes good with the foam. Boba was chewy and sweet. Taro milk tea with milk foam: Really good without the foam. It tastes kind of like the sweet corn chips. Can taste the taro and bits. :( Also, why did you put the sticker right in the front of the bottle? Tried to take it off before it dried, but didn't work.

3.5 stars. One of the worst pearls I've had ever had, and sweeter than it should be for 25% and 50% sweetness. The liquid drinks themselves are tasty though.

The Thai tea was pretty good. I find the service is nice and helpful, very patient as well. The place is cozy and typical of a boba spot. Would definitely come back.

This place was very clean and the staff was very helpful especially since it was our first time ordering.
