I like Grill City Hayward. The FOH and Cashiers are very accommodating. And I love grilled items; Boneless Bangus, Mackarel, Pampano, and Teriyaki Salmon

Very expensive. And food was terrible. Plus very very slow service. A lot of staff but nobody wants to work.

Grill City may very well be some of the fresher Filipino food to take away but the service is customarily unfriendly and unaccommodating. Often times they are out of their very good Halo Halo or simply refuse to make them. The ladies behind this counter seem tired of their jobs but Grill City most certainly is poorly managed.

The food was okay, typical kind of Hawaiian bbq. Close to it. Not as hyped up as everyone in the comments section it’s saying. It’s good don’t get me wrong but it’s not a 4 or 5 stars good place lol. I went here because of the comments.

For a Filipino food experience, this is the place to be! They offer an extensive menu, from savory Pork & Chicken barbecue to fried fish and grilled delights. Indulge in pork chicharron, shrimp, authentic pork or chicken adobo, and more, with delightful desserts also available. While the food is worth every penny, be cautious during weekend rush hours, as service can be slow and the process inefficient. Despite occasional disorganization, the accommodating Filipino staff and delicious food make the overall experience enjoyable.

Was looking for a different restaurant but decided to give this a go. Great on Filipino selection just not my cup of tea. Had the salmon, but it didn't taste fully cooked all the way through to the skin.
