Guadalajara Ice Cream Parlor - Neveria Y Paleteria

Customer service was excellent and a big variety of food options but the prices are outrageous. For 3 items I paid $50. Prices are not posted anywhere and once you are getting rung up they hit you will a huge bill. Very disappointing.

March 1, 2025 4 in the afternoon that lady who is there, terrible service is not going to ask for one for free, they do not want to attend if they do not like that job, look for another good product, terrible customer service, 0 stars. Good quality product Tin and the owner do something about it

The snow is very tasty, the prices are good, only the attention is terrible.

This place has a really good menu but poorly executed food. The fresas con crema are not authentic, the jello is stiff. The ice cream is okay but over priced. The flavors they offer are not available near by which is why they get away with the price gauge. Paid $27 for fresas con crema, small jello & one ice cream cone. The service was mediocre and slow. The place was spacious and clean but run down, not the kind of atmosphere you’re being charged for.

The snow is very delicious but the service is very bad. We paid in cash and Mrs. After charging us, he prepared us some pancakes and a banana with milk and he didn't change his gloves and had stolen money. I give 3 Stars because the customer service is bad and the hygiene is also very bad.

I have been shopping at this place for many years but they recently changed staff and some of the ones that are there now have treated me in a bad way as if I had asked them. Very bad service considering that I always order and say please and thank you. They even made me look bad, they should have more ethics.

All kinds of ice creams and Mexican snacks. Paletas too! Big, spacious and well lit...BUT!
Service was blah! You could collapse in there and I don't know if they would notice. The paleta flavors are nowhere to be found. Lots of variety, but its the type of place where they do a lot of things, but is any of them exceptional!? Go try it. 50/50 chance.

I write this review so that you can be careful, I went to this place Guadalajara ice cream parlor in Hayward on July 3, 2024 and I didn't realize that they charged me 2 times and I realized because I checked my account statement but I thought I could have seen It was a mistake, I called the local Guadalajara ice cream parlor and they told me that they were going to give me my money back but that I should bring my receipt from my bank, I said, but I live 4 hours away, how is it possible, but well, the first time, I brought a receipt from the bank and They told me no, that didn't work, but I said oh, there are the two charges that they made to me on the same day with the same amount and the second one I went again and no, because my other transactions were covered (I covered it for my privacy). They said that the owner has to approve the transaction, a mistake that was not my fault but they told me to come back but I can't go every now and then since I live 4 hours away from my house I asked them to please call me so we can get together I agreed to get my money back, which is not little ($97.39) but until now (September 19, 2024) I have not received a call from them but I have been calling during this time and it is always the same that the owner has not authorized nothing and that they don't know anything and that I'm not the only one who has been through that, there are more people who have also been charged more than once. I only ask that you do not go to this place and if you do, that you check your account statement when you pay with your card since I am not the only one or the last. I do not recommend this business to anyone.

Meh, could better. Service is a 4 stars. The ice cream is overwhelming delicious! The price is quite considerably high, at $11 for 1 milkshake. The employees don't speak English and has gotten my order wrong at least twice. Would recommend for those who speak Spanish.?
