The food was okay. The service was bad. She wasn't rude but she wouldn't accommodate to me. I order the wrong thing in the menu and I went back to get a refund or get it fix but she wouldn't do it. I don't know her name but shame on her because I was nice and apologized for ordering the wrong thing and she wouldn't fix my problem. I work in the food industry and I know she could fix my problem but decided not to.

Overpriced simple kid friendly food. The menu has no prices so that make them up daily. The serve simple food fun food and it should be price modestly. They are not doing anything out of the box. Ice with syrup and candy in a cup $8.00? Literally! I like the colors and thought it to be kid friendly nope it's not. They serve frozen food refried and chips with cheese nothing hard or complex. They are opening a store in Richmond please stay in Hayward you are a ripe off! Please do us a favor! Parents don't fall for the okey doke! They need prices to match their menu
Do not recommend. We ordered a variety of items and EVERYTHING tasted like cleaning products. We had to throw everything away ($70 worth!). We did call and they offered to remake our items but we lost our appetite at that point. I don't think it was intentional.. maybe the staff sprayed around the bins while cleaning but they should be more careful around the food the are serving.

I wish I read the reviews sooner. I love coffee flavored ice cream. It was my first time here. Never again! After getting a watered down what I thought was a cappuccino flavor ice cream, I looked for a place to sit. All the tables were dirty and sticky looking. The floors needed a good scrubbing as well. But after taking a few bites and swirling it around, I just could not eat it. I threw it out.

The Chichester machines. They only steal the money and notice nothing when you tell the employees they only say that they are of no use but they do not put a sign that it is of no use.
