Honestly this place is amazing, I was a little skeptical at first being a Mediterranean Mexican fusion spot and me being Mexican, but man this place is the spot the birria tacos were straight up top three I’ve had period. My first impression was with the uninterested staff member. It was lackluster at best - no friendly smile, not helpful with the menu, and overall disinterested in my presence.The food was a bit better but also felt thrown together. Visiting other Barrias makes me realize this place is missing a touch of care.

Didn’t like the birria, meat was too chewy and it sort of almost had a smell that felt it wasn’t fresh. Restaurant wasn’t very clean, we had to clean tables ourselves and the chairs around them to sit on because not a single table was wiped clean.

I was a Habibi's patron when they were still on Jackson! I came to check out their new location and I liked how spacious it was. They have lots of tables and space to dine in which is different than the other location. Though there is more parking here, I had to park at the end of the lot because there was a lot of cars! I called in and picked up but had to wait a while because there's not a separate pick up area and there was only one person working the register. It was pretty busy during lunch time.I usually order the quesabirria combo which comes with 3 quessabirras. What I like about the new location is the quessabirria tacos are usually more crispy than when they were on Jackson. They also put a good amount of meat which is nice. They're spicy orange sauce also sooo good but pretty spicy. I'm a huge fan of Habibis and happy to see it growing.
Took an old co-worker here for lunch. I had the wet gyro burrito. I must say it rarely had any meat in it. I wasn't a fan at all! The meat texture of the lamb and beef wasn't for me. It was soft. And really processed. It didn't taste good at all. Won't be ordering that again! The wet sauce was too runny for me. He had birria tacos. He said they were decent. However, friendly staff. Maybe I'll try something else when in the area.

The food is amazing!! Such a cool mix of middle eastern and Mexican! And the food was delicious. I tried the habibi's plate, with chicken and beef, and some falafel, as well as a birria taco. I'm not a huge fan of birria (goat) but the flavor was still delicious! Definitely recommend this place!
