Went to go get some breakfast with my husband this morning. We both ordered a build your breakfast. We waited 30 min before we had to ask to take it to go. 10 min later after being there for 40 mins we left with the food. Food was horrible. Biscuits and eggs weren't cooked long enough. We ended up having to throw out the food. I recommend going to another breakfast spot. Wasted $48 bucks on not eating and wasting our time.

Horrible service i order orange juice for my kids and both had fruit flies in them and the waiters argue it was orange seed but it was flys also the food was burnt. Nothing like the Oakland Black bear unfortunately it close because of usual suspect breaking into cars

They forgot to bring out my order, then my wife ordered apple cobbler ala mode, but got a cold apple pie looking thing and no ice cream. The manager did take that charge off, but the waitstaff really wasn't doing well.

Got off a late night shift craving coffee and steak n' eggs. Didn't expect the steak to be amazing or steakhouse quality, but the medium NY strip I ordered came out very well done and full of inedible gristle. The hash browns were undercooked and the eggs were a little too runny (ordered extra crispy bottom sunny-side). However, the coffee was fantastic and the pancakes were good. My server was incredibly nice and accommodating, and she kept my coffee topped off, very awesome all around. To be fair, it seemed like their late night was much busier than they expected.
