My waitress took my order and delivered the bill with no words. I was seated in front of the counter and saw my order come up from the kitchen and sat under the heatlamp for 14 minutes. The busboy brought me a refill since he knew I was unattended. He then brought my order. The waitress walked by and dropped the bill without breaking her stride. No words were spoken.
