I had a very unpleasant experience during our visit today. There was virtually no air circulation in the restaurant, which caused the dining area to feel suffocating. As a result, my wife became nauseated and vomited while gasping for air. The space smelled strongly of kitchen oil, and our clothes retained the odor after we left.
I want to note that the servers were polite and very friendly, and I genuinely feel for them having to work in these conditions for long hours. However, the ventilation and air quality issues significantly impacted our visit and should be addressed as a matter of customer and employee safety

My favorite IHOP location. I’ve been coming to this specific one since I can remember. Staff has always been very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Bringing condiments prior to the meal, such as hot sauce, helps make the meal that much more enjoyable. The staff even asks how my kids are doing when I come alone. Highly recommend this location.

I meet up with a good friend of mine. We try to meet for breakfast every Friday mornings. Ihop has a wide verity of breakfasts to choose from. They have a great senior's menu. Because we are regular customers they treat us like family. You order your food and in about ten minutes they bring it to you, nice and hot. Very reasonable prices. The staff who work there, are kind, curtious. and very friendly.

I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. During a recent lunch visit, I ordered a burger and was disappointed to find that it was served raw. I felt completely sick afterward, and my stomach was turning. I couldn’t eat for a whole two days after this. I immediately called guest relations and received a case number to make a complaint. Despite my complaint, I received only a brief apology and a vague promise of follow-up, which has not been fulfilled over the past week. This lack of concern for customer satisfaction is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on IHOP's dedication to quality and customer care. Unfortunately, after this unsatisfactory experience, I cannot see myself visiting this particular location or any IHOP in the near future. If I could give this place a zero star, I would! I would not recommend this place or location to anyone !!!!!!!!
