Unbelievable how disrespectful the female workers are at this McDonald's have never been so disrespected. I'm multilingual and these workers had the audacity to talk, so disrespectful about me in another language, thinking that I wasn't going to understand. WOW! This place is so ghetto. They don't even deserve one star!

This mcdonalds is always F*cking playing games. Never the right sauce. Always always ALWAYS MISSING SOMETHING. I have lived in UC all my life and this Mcdonalds has always been f*cking disappointing. I literally go here because it is so near my house but I'm at my wits end. They play games at this damn Mcdonalds

The Dr Pepper was flat. That's about the only major complaint. The fries could (always) have been fresher and hotter, but the Double Quarter Pounder was hot and so were the McNuggets. Best of all, there were a lot of people in the drive-thru, but this location had zero problem handling all of us without putting everyone in parking spaces for 10+ minutes afterwards, then doling out cold food like the Decoto McDonald's has been doing. When I was handed my bag at the second window, I almost didn't believe it, but that was it! Food, sauce, even napkins were inside. Just fix your soda machine and rotate fresh fries more often, please. Aside, both employees with which I interacted spoke English, so previous reviews may have been heard. I'd come back here.

To put kindly, there is a language barrier if you don't speak spanish. You are definitely going to have to wait no matter what time of day it is. Every time I go, im asked to wait in a numbered parking stall no matter how small the order. On a positive note, the inside does stay very clean

If you are looking for Hot mocha, this is not the place for you. You will order hot mocha, but you will get very less warm Mocha. Why can't you change the menu name then.

Soooo many bad reviews for this place! BUT every time, I've come I've had a quick and easy experience through the drive thru. I must be coming at the right times. Everyone's also been friendly!If you don't do this already, check your order before leaving even DOUBLE checking to ensure that everything is there.Yes fast food ain't the greatest for ya, but I always crave chicken nuggets or a McChicken from time to time!The guava pies are also delicious!

Very unfair handling of customers when using free meal cards. Said we can only use one card per purchase and charged us for the more expensive meal ($12.60)

LOUSY SERVICE - WRONG FOOD! Ordered at drive through. Paid. Was directed to a numbered parking spot. Waited 10 minutes. Went into store, asked for my food. They picked up two bags that had been sitting on the counter. They had just waited until I got angry enough at the wait to come get the food myself. No apologies. Got home with cold food and, what my husband said, was a fish sandwich when I had ordered crispy chicken. To top it off, the COLD FISH sandwich had bread and 2 pickle slices. No sauce of any kind.

Came here for a quick stop, however it turned into a long one!Proceeded to order as usual, ordering simply things like coffee, frappe, glazed donuts, and everything seemed to go well, until the order was finalized.I had a coupon for $2 off a large or medium frappe, and presented it to the cashier. She told me to scan it, but there didn't seem to be a place to scan it. She then asked for the code, and I gave it to her.The price didn't seem to adjust, it was still $11 something, when it shouldn't have been. I kept asking if it took the $2 off, she kept insisting it did. I went with it because she knew my name, which means something went through. Sure enough, I checked the receipt, and the offer did not go through.I informed the cashier and she went to ask her co-worker about it, I showed the co-worker of the deal and she was like, oh this is for a frappe, I said yeah and showed the receipt. I'm not sure what was said because they were speaking Spanish, but long story short, I received a refund.So essentially I got the drink for free, but still, the customer service here needs work. They need to train people on how to accept coupons via the McDonalds Mobile App!
