If I would have known I would have to pay $12 for a little burrito and a tiny little coffee with no refills I would have gone across the street to black bear for some expensive coffee with refills. This place is stingy and the coffee was so tiny and they would mot refill.

Did drive thru to get 4 tacos bc they are excellent and one of the best deals in fast food, and for the first time ever, the tacos were cold. One of them warm at best. I’ve never had this happen, usually they are too hot to eat right away. There’s another one nearby that I will choose to go to in the future if im working in the area again.

Sign on door says dining room open till 10 it’s 932 doors are locked. Chairs are up / Driving a commercial vehicle can’t really go through the drive-through. I would appreciate proper hours.

Worst experience ever had, went with coupons worth 20-25$.. Mexican manager said system can't read the coupon, i ordered jumbo meal they gave me a small one worth 5$, no shakes for coupon itseems. When I asked for name and number, she took back my order and said we have the right to refuse the order.. arrogant, inhumane, and disrespectful bunch of Mexican people ruining the name and business. Same coupon at fremont were accepting and giving the exact order. Better take action immediately before my next visit.

From an honest person. Don't bother coming in here. Manager can't math nor understand bank statement if they already charged me. The card came back declined, that's funny, it's not like I'm broke and homeless. Drive thru cashier asked a manager and I showed that they already changed. He fought back saying "It's a wrong time!" I yelled "I've never had jack in box today but right now!" Like he's eager to see more details of my bank account and see how much I have. Like what's your problem. You already charged me and I showed you but still not believe it. It's jack in box not a 5 star restaurant. Manager can't read the total charged and not understanding banks run in east coast time. If you're unwilling give me my food than refund. Evidence in front of your eyes. This place is garbage. It's changed alot since a few years. Sad to work in your line of duty and act like that. It's ashame

Today 10/17/2024 I had a bad experience in this place, my daughters went to eat and they gave them the potatoes that were too cold and I went back to tell them and they told me I was just going to give them so I went back and opened the bag and they were all still half because because that way I return wanting to throw them in their face very bad service
