By far the worst service and food ever. The employees are extremely rude with the exception of one really nice older lady at night. If you want fresh hot fast-food and decent customer service I would suggest going to the jack n the box on Tennyson Road. ALL of the male employees on Hesperian are disrespectful and rude ?

Worst jack in the box in Hayward. They ration their portion sizes for children and they don't even cook well. My bacon was soggy and scrambled eggs were pebbles. They didn't even give any napkins or straws for my drink. Whoever is managing is an extreme penny pincher and needs to be replaced with someone who takes the time to do quality control. What they are serving is absolutely unacceptable compared to the other local jack in the boxes. How are you going to make me pay $10 for 3/4ths of a meal that isn't even cooked well and then not give me the basics like napkins and a straw?

When me and my went inside the tables were not clean, my sister ask the lady can someone clean the table, she said that the workers are all busy, so we left, I'll never go there again

fraudulent charges after visiting this location TWICE. both times, i had gone to the drive thru, paid with credit, and then got a random xbox charge the same day. could be a coincidence but i'm not taking any more chances. beware!

My experience this time was nice, fast, clean and sweet and with a great attitude!Vegetarian options: Fresh Salads, fries or a grill cheese sandwich are always available?Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu and a value menu and if you dine in there's also have high chairs available.Parking: Well lit parking lot and plenty of spots, clean and secure, handicap and compact spaces also available.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking spots, double door entrance for easy access, spacious siting and bathrooms properly labeled are well displayed.Dietary restrictions: Depending on your dietary restriction always read the menu and if you have any questions or doubts you can always ask the person taking the order and they will gide you accordingly.

If I could give this JITB zero stars that wouldn't even be close to what it deserves!Where do I start with my experience???Let's go according to Google's categories.•Atmosphere: This place was so dead on numerous occasions which should've been a dead give away. (Which speaks volumes considering I have given this place a chance on different days at different times to change my view to no avail)•Food: Not only was our order wrong... It was dry, hard and nasty... Which to me seems hard to do considering it is pre made food with instructions on how to prepare it.°Service: which is ultimately why I am writing this review and why this place needs a complete overhaul by it's corporate office as to not soil the JITB name.Language barriers make it difficult enough to navigate certain situations without the presence of attitude problems, lack of training, poor management, poor regard for customers and their food.THE PEOPLE WHO RUN THIS JITB ARE CROOKS!!!Not only did they overcook the order they got wrong for us... They would not make the proper corrections unto customer satisfaction nor would they give us our money back after refusing to make the necessary corrections per managements decision.No One should EVER of this low integrity do business in America, PERIOD!GO TO THE JITB on Tennyson...Not Only Is The Food Better but so is The Service!I do NOT recommend this place
