I ordered a chicken sandwich and was extremely disappointed. The food quality at this location is terrible, tasteless and far worse compared to other branches. The chicken didn’t have any real flavor, just the marinade covering it, and overall it tasted like garbage. Very poor quality. The owner should really change the staff or bring in better ingredients. I won’t be coming back.

The WORST jack in the box in the area. ALWAYS TELL YOU TO PARK WE BRING IT OUT TO YOU! One time I told them no and I found a bug in my chicken sandwich! Employees look dirty and have nasty attitudes. Don’t waste your time or money at this location.

Dont agree with serving something that does not look right. I would have rather them say they were out of boba having HARD deformed Boba in my milk tea not plesant. If it does not look right please dont serve!
