Leslie V. was the female I requested the orange juice freshly squeezed out upon which she asked another female if she could do it? They both went in the back room and returned telling me she can't.Just yesterday Matthew at the same location did it for me. I know what location of Jamba never to go back to.

I asked for orange juice with minimal ice . I got a cup with 90%ice and 10 % juice . Absoultly Awfull
To begin with, I was met with an unprofessional and discourteous attitude from the staff members present at the time. They appeared disinterested in providing quality customer service and failed to address my concerns adequately. The lack of attentiveness and respect demonstrated towards customers was deeply disheartening and did not align with the values I have come to associate with the Jamba Juice brand. When I asked to see the manger at this store-I was surprised as it was the cashier I was talking with whom was obviously high on something. Never buy from this Jamba Juice store, and that's coming from a long time Jamba Juice customer.
As much as I love to support young employees, today was a bad experience. Not only was my cheddar tomato twist burnt to a crisp and didn’t realize it until I drove off, the milk in the peanut butter moo’d tastes as if it was spoiled .
It's where I get my usual healthy smoothie. Now they serve breakfast in the morning.

I’ve been ordering smoothies & fresh juices from this location for a few months now. Always great! Yesterday I walked in for fresh orange juice and they were done with their juice for the day. The team lead and one of the associates went out of their way to make me a fresh cup. I was beyond happy and grateful for their kind gesture as I know it caused extra work for them.The staff in this location are professional, friendly and great at what they do!Thank you again! If I could give no stars I would. I was there about 3 weeks ago. Horrible experience. Very unorganized/unprofessional. Talking. Laughing. One guy cursing saying he didn’t want to make my Pitaya bowl. Mind you I ordered 2. So I asked the young lady who rang me up to make them. They had limited supplies. To top off my experience they sent me on my way without the tops to the bowls but instead aluminum foil. Not secured at all. The bowls were horrible. I didn’t enjoy them at all from this location. I threw them away. I really should get my money back for the experience alone. Do better if you retain customers.
Ordered delivery through their website and apparently it’s very difficult to read off the two drinks off of the slip or device they’re using to get it right. The delivery guy came all this way so still ended up giving him $10 tip for the drive. In total $35 for 1 large drink. Yay me ? unbelievableOrder #: 12731175626752000
7:18pm and I'm looking at 2 employees inside telling me it's closed when the sign clearly states they close at 8pm. Another location that closes whenever the hell they want which is wrong to the people that actually make it way before they close!
Needed a longer blend run, lots of chunks... Also, the closed off dining room was off putting. Looked very off brand, as boxes and storage filled the space.
