Whoever made my bowls today has a lot of nerves. The fruit is normally on the top where you can see it. I should've known something was going on underneath. Please don't ever serve somebody old bananas that's paying almost $12 for this mini bowl. I couldn't even taste the whip at all. Someone help this person make bowls. Not to mention the gas it took me to get here. Just to let you know you messed up my lunch experience today with those slimy bananas. I sell desserts with banana pudding being the best. I always buy extra bananas just in case I run into some rotten that I can't see. I would never do that to people who is paying good money to support me. I will stick to the one closer to home. Never had this issue. Luckys right across the parking lot. Geesh Update: They kindly replaced the bowls. Thank you

Leslie V. was the female I requested the orange juice freshly squeezed out upon which she asked another female if she could do it? They both went in the back room and returned telling me she can't.Just yesterday Matthew at the same location did it for me. I know what location of Jamba never to go back to.

Came in today at 7pm on a Tuesday and I had to double check they were still open because it is kind of late. The girl standing at the front was on the phone but said yes so I proceeded to walk to the front to order. She stood in front of the register while still on the phone, I had to ask her if she was ready because she was looking at me but did not even acknowledge me. I ordered a large mango go go and she rung it up and walked away without saying one word to me, the whole time with the phone still on her ear and having a personal conversation. Not sure if she was the manager or what made her feel she had the right to do that. Only reason I don't leave one star is because the guy who made my drink did a good job and was nice but if she was the manager, she is setting a terrible example. I understand people coming in closer to closing time can be annoying and not even as a customer but as a person, there should be at least a little form of respect and there was none here.

if i could rate this location -5 stars i would. i came into this location before getting on the road. i order a carribean passion with 3 g energy and whey protenin. i always have this problem witht his location. but my order is made super quicky. which is odd. anyways i grab my drink and waffle. that they didnt even warm up. and get in the car. on the the freeway about when i get to oakland on the freeway i take a sip of my drink. and its nasty asf. this is not wven the right drink. taste like a f****** augar free a** water down chunky f****** watermelon b******* ! you guys should be ducking ashlee that you are just giving customer whatever drink you want to give them. this was definitely the worst experience. i called several time. this location and no answer. i think you did this on purse.i went to another location and because im in el cerrito ca now. this is not the same franchise. wow. waste of 20$. no recipe even give just careless.

To begin with, I was met with an unprofessional and discourteous attitude from the staff members present at the time. They appeared disinterested in providing quality customer service and failed to address my concerns adequately. The lack of attentiveness and respect demonstrated towards customers was deeply disheartening and did not align with the values I have come to associate with the Jamba Juice brand. When I asked to see the manger at this store-I was surprised as it was the cashier I was talking with whom was obviously high on something. Never buy from this Jamba Juice store, and that's coming from a long time Jamba Juice customer.
Good smoothies and nice staff. I love the açaí smoothie and sweet cinnamon pretzel! This store is in a little shopping center sandwiched in between ice cream and coffee so it's a great stop that pleases all ages!

I was in Downtown Hayward and decided to get a smoothie from Jamba!!The service was ok, it's not set up to sit inside anymore here, just one table and a couple of chairs. There's also nowhere to sit outside, so I guess it's just grab and go here now.I went with the Strawberry Whirl, it was pretty good, hit the spot!! It was my first time trying that smoothie, I think I would give the Strawberry Whirl another whirl!!!

As much as I love to support young employees, today was a bad experience. Not only was my cheddar tomato twist burnt to a crisp and didn’t realize it until I drove off, the milk in the peanut butter moo’d tastes as if it was spoiled .

Staff could consider going through better customer service training. Waited 30 mins for my drinks only to ask for it a second time and it was in the fridge behind the counter. Just go to another store, don't bother coming here unless you want to deal with a bunch of rude little girls
