I love this Jamba location! Staff is always super friendly and they do care about you. They are always offering you free boosters or the app coupons. They have 4 chairs to sit inside, I wish they could put more.

The online hours shows close at 9 pm. I come at 8:30, it already closed. It's sucks when your hope is up and very disappointed. That's a misinformation that's need to be address and that's why I give your a poor review.

I bought 2 orange juices, the machine was good but the juice they sold me was packaged...they took a bottle of "orange" juice out of the refrigerator and poured it into my glass...I would have been better off buying a packaged juice in a shopping center and more economical.

As a smoothie lover and investor, moving between cities is always nice to find the right location that provides you with the right sourness, and not only that, the service and cleanliness of the location are just great. This location has it all, especially with the person who provided me with a 20-star customer service whose name is Alejandra. This person went beyond my expectations she was very pleasant as soon as I opened the main door, and the courtesy and her welcome made me feel very good. I even asked her for a particular smoothie that was not on the menu and Alejandra with a smile said, no problem we can make whatever you want.That was music to my ears and as soon as I told her what I wanted she made my smoothie and was super delicious.I have been to many smoothie locations in the Bay Area, but I don't remember when was the last time someone treated me with the service that Alejandra gave me. KUDOS to her because she is a great model on how a customer needs to be treated and be happy walking out of any location.This is my second time coming to this location and looking forward to coming more constantly now that we are getting warmer days and being able to enjoy a delicious smoothie from this particular location.

A big fans of Jamba. But today’s experience is so disappointed. I ordered a 28oz fresh orange juice and requested not pulled out from the container that they pre made it. However, the team member still did it in front of me. And I want it from the machine. The team member said that’s fresh. I don’t know since when Jamba is not offer good service to customer. Not doing what they’re supposed to do.

I went in to buy a cup of ice and was told that they weren’t selling ice anymore. Absolutely ridiculous. Sell bags like the other stores do.

The peanut butter banana bowl was so good with proteins. The services was kind of boring, and I think they need to improve their services for talking more with customers to be more like energetic. But for $10 for a bowl, they should post a price on it.
