Went in today, normal guy Darryl not working. Lady and a new Gentleman were there. It was nice to get good service. Hopefully they keep these two here, because they're professional and very courteous.

I've been eating at this Kasper's location for as long as I can remember. It's a local family favorite and a staple of my childhood. I'm so happy to see Covid hasn't wiped them out like so many other small businesses. My favorite is the chili cheese dog with mustard, tomato, and onion. Their tamales are fantastic as well. The food is always fresh and delicious.

Every time I am in the area I have to stop here. The best hot dogs hands down. I always order the cheese dog with mustard and tomatoes. I also get the nachos with extra jalapenos. No pictures because I couldn't wait take a picture.

Just tried this place for the 1st time, it was delicious. I had the "kasper dog" (mustard, relish, onions, tomatoes) They even gave me a free bag of chips for my 1st time ! I'll be coming back thank you ?

Guy was nice and informative. Even though he washed his hands a few times, he did not use gloves!! Not only before the pandemic, but especially during covid-19, you should especially wear gloves!!!

So glad I came in to pick up an order for 4 cheese dogs and chicken tamale. The gentleman that helped me was awesome. Super friendly! They changed there tamale supplier and I was happy to get a sample of the new sauce and tamale. Pretty good. I will be back. Thank you.

So I walk in to the establishment. There was an older gentleman sitting down. He jumped up and immediately washed his hands. There were signs on the glass. One sign said no cell phones while ordering. Another sign on a BIG green paper said cash only. He asked what can I get for you. I said unfortunately nothing since it's cash only and I only have $5 on me. Oh I can take cards I'll take your card no problem. Perfect so I order my two hot dogs. Kasper dog and a cheese dog. He starts making them. He was telling me his machine went out so yesterday so he had to have cash only. We then started talking about how I'm sad that they took the Kasper's out of fremont So I pay my bill and he tells me. Yeah I leave that sign up there because. Some people come in and I have to check their id's and it's a hassle. (He never checked my id) he says it's the ghetto over here and we get all kinds of shady people around here and one of them crashed my machine yesterday so I'm leaving this sign up so I don't have that issue. First off I'm a white male in my 30's. He was a white male in his late 50's early 60's. So if I wasn't a white or if I looked like a "punk" he would've refused my service? The guys name is Darrell after calling and asking for his name. I wish Kaspers had a corporate number because I'd call them as well you never know a racist until you start talking to someone

I walked into this location today, and as I walked into the place, I hear the "F " I wasn't sure if it were meant for me, But we have been here before and it was a weird feeling today, the owner was super standoffish, where it were just a one word exchange. Oh well, the Hotdogs are still great.

Great hot dogs and Tamales with friendly service.

All the Caspers I have gone to have always been fast and friendly. You can’t beat the classic Casper dog.

Owner is extremely rude. My husband has been coming here for years, since he was a kid. He remembers the older woman that used to work here and whoever is now the owner is this grumpy, rude older man with dark hair. He didn't greet us when we came in, didn't even ask what we'd like to order, just stood there until I spoke up and just started ordering. I took our hotdogs to a table while my husband paid with debit card? And for some reason? This was like the ultimate disrespect and inconvenience to the owner?? While my husband was still up there finishing paying the guy pulled out a paper bag and a sharpie and wrote "CASH ONLY" before giving my husband his card back and then taped it on the front of his counter? Then as my husband was walking away we hear him mumbling under his breath and the whole time we ate our food we had to listen to him mumbling random cuss words. It was a painfully awkward experience, we will literally never come back to this place. Also, they've gone the cheap route with their cheese and use pre-shredded cheese, not the super thin, amazing hand shredded cheese that you usually get at a Kaspers!! Maybe not a big thing to everyone but the cheese dog is my go-to! And I was super disappointed about that. Note to owner-- just retire already, it's clear you hate your job. Also, it's 2020 man, debit/credit card transactions are the everyday. You're going to lose tons of customers saying cash only. While we were there a family of 4 walked in, read the sign outload and when they all agreed no one had cash they walked out.

I have to agree with others on here. The owner CLEARLY doesn't enjoy his job and doesn't give a crap about his customers. He has a mean look on his face the entire time and looks as though it's a burden for you to be ordering a hot dog. I stopped going to this place a few years ago because of his face....and I see not much has changed. Note to owner: Retire already and sell to a friendly person who knows how to treat customers. You're losing money this way!
