I ordered kfc app and the food was ready on time. Great quality. Picked up in thr drive through. When I got home 15 minutes later the food was still hot and fresh.

They’re supposed to close 12 o’clock at 11 something they’re not opening the door and they take orders. They never wanna make it. They’re really rude and ignorance all of them. I don’t know where are they’re from but they are not humans. They look like a human but they look act like animals.

Cashier lady was rude. Asked politely if I could use the restroom to wash my hands after dining since it’s locked for ‘customers only’ but was told that somebody’s using it without taking a look at it. My table is across the hallway to the restroom and there’s only two customers at that time including me, so I can say that I am sure that no one is using it. I even knocked on the door prior to approaching Her.

This location WORST EVER! Have ordered pot pies for delivery several times. I had to research which location prepared it, because online didn’t say. I then called Door Dash to say I NEVER want an order from this location again! It only had a couple pieces of hard, dry meat. The rest was just chicken SKIN…some with breading, some without. NONE of which I ate. It’s not called a Chicken-Skin pie! Who does that??? No more Mission Blvd for me…. ZERO STARS!!!!

I love KFC very much, their crispy and juicy chicken, their chicken strips, their sandwiches, their accompaniments too, I love everything here. But what I love most is that here I can shop with confidence, since it is a place where I know that the manager and the workers follow all the procedures for preparing the food. Lady was nice at the drive through but when I got to the window she handed me the food and shut the window immediately- I didnt have time to ask for sauce. I waited there for a few seconds thinking she would notice but never looked my way again. Her and her coworker got on their phones and even though I honked my horn, yelled “EXCUUUUSE MEEEE” they never looked up. The window wasnt all the way closed so Im not sure how they didnt hear me.

I have come here many times, for the kfc love the original recipe 8 piece thighs bucket hella good with large Mac and cheese ! Service is excellent, restaurant is nice n clean and prices are decent. Entire staff does a great job! Don't pay attention to those haters leaving bad reviews.
