1. Their pricing is deceiving. We ordered one chicken Peshawri Karahi and they charged us for two and would not refund. When asked why are you charging for two when it is not even in your menu prices, they did not have a clear answer. See attached photo where one chicken Peshawari karahi is 19.99 and no mention of any other price. 2. The place was not clean. All the tables were dirty. We had to ask the owner to come and clean one table so we can eat. 3. The water jugs in the fridge had mosquitoes and other stuff which almost made my wife throw up. 4. The Karahi had very intense spices and they called it medium spicy. Very poor tasting food. The chicken was old and my wife couldn’t eat it. She had to eat bread only.
And above all, poor customer service and rude owners. They spoke to us like they are doing us a favor for providing food for which we are paying. Extremely unpleasant and rude customer service.

The flavors..my goodness. I couldn't stop eating. Peshwari namakhmandi chicken, achar gosht, gola kebabs, naan. Everything was incredible. Very friendly service, fair prices, the restaurant is clean & plenty of space for large groups. My new go-to!

Food was a 5/10 at best but the service was absolutely horrible. They were completely rude the whole time to everyone, and the owner even yelled at a customer. Regardless it’s very unprofessional on their part.

What an excellent place to enjoy one of the best Pakistani food around this area. A hidden gem in the bay area. The BEST service ever. I mean the BEST. Karahi chicken is one of my favorites here. They are always humble and smiling. They always go above and beyond to make me happy and satisfied with warm smile. Almost like I'm in one of those restaurants abroad with authenticity and hospitality. Please try with open mind and go there with empty tummy. This is not a classy interior and washroom can definitely need a bit TLC. But it is all good for me. I lived in the bay area for 38 years and I recommend this place.

I was impressed by the reasonable prices, elegant modern decor, and decent portion sizes. The cleanliness of the restrooms and dining area was also noteworthy. Haider was exceptional in his service and is very well mannered with an eye for costumer satisfaction.
