The management is very approachable with whatever you need and no matter what time of the day they will get back to you. The kitchen is very complete with what you need. The owners, and kitchen manager Sonny always make sure we have everything we need to run our business to it's highest potential. They are quick to act to any situation that may arise. I will continue to use this kitchen knowing my customers will be happy to know their food comes from an establishment that cares about having high standards on food preparation.
Renting this commercial kitchen was so easy and affordable. We were in town for a big 5 day event and none of the co-ops wanted to take my money, much less a reservation! Chef Erin was accommodating in every way. We only had to pay rent for the time we used the space. They had refrigerator and freezer space and food service equipment available for no extra charge. She told us everything we needed to know about the Bay area traffic, shopping and services related to catering. She even loaned us her big box membership card. Don't be put off by the location. Kitchen is certified and clean. And Erin is an interesting character who will make your experience a pleasant one.
