I want to come back. As a Vietnamese, Im a bit picky with my banh mi but this place is solid. I see what others mean about slower service but once I got the sandwich I can clearly see they didnt rush to make it and grill it. Make sure to eat it while its hot! Their “che dessert” was incredible.

I bought Vietnamese coffee with Veggie Sandwich. Both tasted good. A couple of suggestions, though: I replaced Avocado with cheese, but we were charged extra. You can skip charging extra if the replacement is for a similar item.
There is still some scope of improvement for improving the vibe and ambience. A local cafe style ambience rather than a fast food chain franchise vibe can attract more customers.

The tofu banh mi could have used more seasoning. The service was somewhat slow for a banh mi. The space is very large but empty, so it feels kind of awkward.

Man, those Vietnamese sandwiches here are tasty, plain and simple! I'm a big fan of their barbecue pork sandwich, but they've got a whole bunch of different stuff to choose from, which is cool. And get this – the kids absolutely go nuts for their hot Cheetos corndogs! It's a real clean place too, which is always a plus

This place is great for some delicious Vietnamese sandwiches, Banh Mi and other treats. They baked their own bread, which is fresh, soft and delicious. The sandwiches come packed with choice of protein and fresh veggies, they are so good. Each sandwich is about 8.50$ which is a good price point in comparison to other places in the area. I have not tried their mochi doughnuts or corndogs but they all looked good too!

Great service and the restaurant is clean. Their grill beef Bahn Mi was really good and the freshly made bread is amazing
Decent banh mi and a variety of tea drinks in one spot. Mochi donuts are okay, better to get them fresh if you can. Haven't tried the corn dogs.
Rating 5 stars because very few places in Hayward try to brighten the town up, so that deserves much appreciation.
