Best Vietnamese coffee and baguette. Always sold warm and inexpensive compared to others. The Vietnamese coffee is so good. Well balanced - not too strong, bitter or sweet. Highly recommend. Prices are reasonable, too. Well worth it.

I want to come back. As a Vietnamese, Im a bit picky with my banh mi but this place is solid. I see what others mean about slower service but once I got the sandwich I can clearly see they didnt rush to make it and grill it. Make sure to eat it while its hot! Their “che dessert” was incredible.
Their spring roll was ok but their banh mi was incredible

I bought Vietnamese coffee with Veggie Sandwich. Both tasted good. A couple of suggestions, though: I replaced Avocado with cheese, but we were charged extra. You can skip charging extra if the replacement is for a similar item.
There is still some scope of improvement for improving the vibe and ambience. A local cafe style ambience rather than a fast food chain franchise vibe can attract more customers.

5.50$ for a black coffee with milk, a bit steep. Coffee is decent but no espresso machine so come with low expectations.place is more of a convenient store than a coffee shop.
The tofu banh mi could have used more seasoning. The service was somewhat slow for a banh mi. The space is very large but empty, so it feels kind of awkward.

Man, those Vietnamese sandwiches here are tasty, plain and simple! I'm a big fan of their barbecue pork sandwich, but they've got a whole bunch of different stuff to choose from, which is cool. And get this – the kids absolutely go nuts for their hot Cheetos corndogs! It's a real clean place too, which is always a plus
