Amazing Vietnamese coffee and a sandwich - hit the spot! I wondered why the ratings were mixed and asked at the counter, they told me this was new ownership and it makes sense! They went above and beyond. Place is very clean and staff is friendly

Best Vietnamese coffee and baguette. Always sold warm and inexpensive compared to others. The Vietnamese coffee is so good. Well balanced - not too strong, bitter or sweet. Highly recommend. Prices are reasonable, too. Well worth it.

I want to come back. As a Vietnamese, Im a bit picky with my banh mi but this place is solid. I see what others mean about slower service but once I got the sandwich I can clearly see they didnt rush to make it and grill it. Make sure to eat it while its hot! Their “che dessert” was incredible.

Their spring roll was ok but their banh mi was incredible
