We just ordered two pizzas and wings from this location and this is what everything looked like when it arrived. Do they not have someone that looks at food before sending it off their customers?

My food was soggy. I ordered pizza, breadsticks, and wings. Pizza had no flavor and everything was undercooked and I was missing a wing. Won’t be eating here again.

I know that saturday nights can be busy for a pizza place, but the service from this place last night was quite bad. I put in an order for one pizza and crazy puffs online around 5pm, and it wasn't ready til almost 6:30pm. There was nothing wrong with the food, and the staff was friendly, but this kind of back up should not happen.

The manager is very kind but there is an extremely rude and aggressive employee working with the customers for seemingly no reason. She was combative with the two customers before me and with me also. She refused to give the girl in front of me her entire order and then when I asked her for a bag, she threw it at me. Again, all of this is unprovoked.
The manager was very understanding and apologetic. She did not give me a hard time when I requested a refund (because I no longer wanted to food after that experience). But that employee MUST be related to someone higher up or something for her to still be employed.

i come here every week since it’s close, it’s pretty well i mean if u ask me. sept 14 tho the employee got my change wrong. i gave her $19 she and she only returned $1.52 when the total was $15

I came here for one thing and that’s for the Mango Rush Mountain Dew. I’m a huge fan of Mountain Dew and this flavor was pretty good comparable to the Baja blast. It had a mild taste of mango and a little heat to it. I wish the mango was more dominant and makes this unique rather than tasting like a normal Mountain Dew with some extra flavor. I wish they had this all the time I would come back to Little Ceases more often. I also got their new Crazy puffs. I have to say these are actually pretty delightful. I wish they were a little bigger litter two bites and you’re done. Overall good flavor and very cheesy. The customer service here was spot on the girl that severs me helped me out a lot I appreciate the extra effort.
