Pretty disappointed with this place. I ordered a couple of time from here but the last round was very disappointing. The food was super spicy and gave me a lot of discomfort. I called them about it but never heard back and even contacted them via Instagram but no response either. I had to toss out 50% of the food out and it was a waste of money. Plus, I requested a PM delivery and it was delivered at 4 am - setting off the cameras sending an alert in the house, waking up the entire house. So annoyed.

Talked to someone concerning my 150-200 prepaid credit months ago who agreed to meet me with my meals in Oakland; I work home health in Alameda and Contra Costa counties. I finally got an answer when I called today with the owner stating “I wouldn’t ever agree to meet anyone, sweetheart” I live in Sacramento which is too far for delivery. However, I have stopped by and called several times to make arrangements with store front being closed. Was informed today that the storefront has been closed (which I knew) and will not be open anymore. He stated “he doesn’t open his doors for anyone because he cooks for....I don’t remember who” I think I was supposed to be impressed. Which is odd because the register is moved 2 feet from the door when I was there last week. Customers do NOT have access to the coolers anymore”. The person also said that he doesn’t have “a log of who does/doesn’t have credits”. He also said “it’s been a year and the receipt says you have 3 months, sweetheart.” He also stated “we only closed the first 3 weeks of the pandemic” I didn’t want my money back. I wanted my meals. I thought with everything opening it would be easier to do business. I guess he needs my credits more than a regular customer. It’s sad because I do home health OT and have referred my patients and friends to this establishment several times. They will no longer be getting any referrals from me. The meals are super convenient and good quality. I also like to pay in advance so I can stop by when in the area and either pick some meals or have a quick bite on the spot. Super convenient.
