Came here for my LUNCH BREAK 2:00am Dec.16, 2025. MANAGER is, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, LAZY. She took my DRIVE-THRU order and tells me to pull to 1st window, customer in front of me got served his food but decided he wanted to have a 5min conversation before he pulled off. She left me waiting and didn’t come to the window so I could pay for my food. I didn’t get to eat for lunch. The food is never fresh.

Completely disgusting. How can the person making the drink doesn’t notice that the cup has paper inside and still think it’s okay to give to the customer.

While dining at this McDonald’s, my 2.5-year-old child was attacked by a homeless person who threw a cup of iced soda directly at them. The most heartbreaking part was that the staff witnessed everything, turned their backs, and offered no help or response. There was zero concern for customer or child safety. Extremely disappointed!

I placed an online order for my brother to pick up after school so he can eat. It’s ordered, it’s paid for. You can’t complete and online order without paying for it. He goes to get the food and a girl (IDK her name) stops him and tells him it’s not paid for. He shows her the order receipt. She says it’s not paid for. I even highlight where it says paid by Apple Pay. I sent him a picture of the purchase from the Apple Wallet. She still says it’s not paid for despite it literally being approved. She and everyone else there refused to give my brother the food that has ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR. My mom arrives to settle the situation only for them to change their story about it. Now they say even though it’s paid for they can’t give it to him. My mom is frustrated, my brother is frustrated. No one is cooperating. I assume that they’re being discriminatory against my brother for the way he’s dressed. But my mom is dressed fine with no problems whatsoever. Which would make this a lawsuit that I intend to pursue. They caused emotional and mental harm. Corporate is supposed to call my mom back within the week so I will definitely update as this was pretty much traumatizing.

Just visited McDonald’s and had a great experience! The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and my order was fresh and hot. The fries were crispy and delicious as always. Perfect spot for a quick, satisfying meal. Definitely coming back!

They always show some struggle to understand what kind of customized food we want even after 4 to 5 minutes of verbal explanation they made wrong one and modify then. Otherwise it's normal place to just eat and sit and grab

They leave mean messages in ur fries. in my case used napkin that was used what looks to be like their nostrils.
Really bad decaf coffee. They just add hot water to a regular coffee. Not fair that we pay almost 2 dollars for hot water. Employees very rude.

Usually I have good service here but today they gave me Burned fries I could only eat 5 good pieces. The rest were all dark brown. Also, the oil from the fries tasted old like they have been using the same oil too long. Outside of this issue the rest of my meal was good.
They need a little bit attention in front Desk
