So i’ve been a customer for years. I always get the same couple of things no big deal.The company now or this location has been very stingy with the portions literally not too long ago i got some tacos. The extras like vegetables you get are only limited to like 3 pieces now.. And there’s no reason to make the tortilla smaller. Same thing with the burritos. They come out good or other tim’s the meat is burnt.

Maybe the chef was having a bad day. The food looked and tasted horrible. Make sure you inspect your food before you leave. At least my dogs enjoyed it.

Stopped in to get a couple breakfast burritos
Requested pollo asado instead of ham. Was told it would cost extra - they charged me $9 and change for the chicken instead if ham
Requested grilled onions also, and they didn’t get that right, no grilled onions
2 burritos, w/pollo over $30
Totally overpriced and didn’t get the order correct

Okay you guys I've eaten here before and enjoyed the service and the food however I went recently and got a burrito for my dinner and it was not what I ordered I tried communicating that the very next day and whoever I spoke with took my information and the receipt number. I have called a number of different times and visited the location with my receipt and I was told I would be giving a refund electronically just be patient it should show in a couple of days. That couple of days turned into weeks I was never told after my initial visit the next day to keep the food. But when I spoke with a manager by the name of Andrea she explained to me that her staff mistook my call for another order that had a problem that they refunded with a gift card fully, but being that it had been weeks and I no longer have the food that I have to accept a partial refund of $5. Needless to say I am very unhappy and disappointed in this entire situation.
