Was told it would cost extra - they charged me $9 and change for the chicken instead if ham Requested grilled onions also, and they didnāt get that right, no grilled onions 2 burritos, w/pollo over $30 Totally overpriced and didnāt get the order correct

Okay you guys I've eaten here before and enjoyed the service and the food however I went recently and got a burrito for my dinner and it was not what I ordered I tried communicating that the very next day and whoever I spoke with took my information and the receipt number. I have called a number of different times and visited the location with my receipt and I was told I would be giving a refund electronically just be patient it should show in a couple of days. That couple of days turned into weeks I was never told after my initial visit the next day to keep the food. But when I spoke with a manager by the name of Andrea she explained to me that her staff mistook my call for another order that had a problem that they refunded with a gift card fully, but being that it had been weeks and I no longer have the food that I have to accept a partial refund of $5. Needless to say I am very unhappy and disappointed in this entire situation.

If you can look for another place to eat, the truth is that now they charge you for anything extra and they don't even give you jalapeƱo in your tacos. Pay 1.25 for 1 Chile with 1 half of lemon. When in a lunch box, even the salt is free. I will never return to that lousy place. service
