Staff was rude stopped for one minute to look at the screen and the lady turned it off would give a 0 if I could coffee was really bad threw out my drink after .
Korean corn dogs are yummy! Their mochi donuts are so fluffy and delicious!! I had a tiger latte that was super good, ask for half sugar. Price was not bad too. Store could be a little cleaner though. I didn’t try yet but I heard the Vietnamese sandwich is really good
Staff is rude
It’s been a while since I went to Mochinut, which is probably around two years ago. Also keep in mind that it collaborates with another joint called LACA. I haven’t tried Mochinut in this location, but probably tried LACA.
The atmosphere is ok, not really fascinating though. However, the rice dogs tastes good though. Unfortunately, they don’t sell boba just like most locations like the one in San Mateo, but heard that they recently closed. You may want to go to other Mochinut locations if you want boba from it.
The service is ok, but would have been better if they have better approaches on interacting with customers. I get that they’re busy, but being a little more nice would have been more appreciative rather than having a low tone.

A friend visiting from Sacramento brought me once some Mochi donuts, and those were SO delicious, that I had to find a local place that sells them.
Found Mochinut in Hayward, and decided to give it a try. They have indeed a good selection of flavored Mochi donuts to choose from, and they were as delicious as I remember too.
Sadly, paying $17 for only 6 donuts (which are smaller than your regular thick ones), is where my motivation to be a regular customer stopped though. Maybe once in a while, but that's all really.
Parking: Small but free parking lot there. Traffic going out of the lot is also very difficult due to high traffic around it.

Staff is very friendly, I will say that our potato half and half was basic. The potato crust just tasted like un seasoned potatoes cooked in oil. The filling was a half beef dog and half mozzarella.BUT!! This is all I tried so I'm not sure about anything else on the menu.

SF East Bay. The mochi donut in itself was perfectly done while the flavors were a mix of good & just ok. We liked the passion fruit, Nutella, cookies & cream and churros while we could hardly taste the black sesame & red velvet for those two flavors. Overall, worth a try but I don’t see us doing a repeat buy.

Odd little place with two businesses at the same counter. We were there for donuts and not corn dogs. Got a half dozen ($17) donuts/mochinuts with flavors of fruity pebbles, raspberry, cookies n cream & obe. They are rice based but did not see a gluten-free sign anywhere. They are like a series of donut holes joined together to make a ring. Texture is a bit chewy compared to a regular donut. I thought they were okay but not interesting enough to be going back when combined with the price and atmosphere of the place. Seems like they were more focused on the other business. Would recommend for the experience but not much more but could be your new favorite thing.
