I live in Los Angeles and few days ago I was been visiting Hayward, CA. I was hungry and entered plaza in which this Pizza shop is. It was around 11 o’clock they told me that they are closed so they can not sell me a pizza. But they offer me free pizza which surprised me. Even when I offered them to pay they didn’t take anything from me just gave me a free pizza. It was so kind from their side. I wish all the best to them and to their business. I wish more businesses could work like this. All my best wishes to you guys. Thank you for your business.

Very rude customer service. Kept cutting me off when I was trying to give my order. Was trying to explain that the coupon wasn’t able to be input online and that was my reason for calling it in and he kept repeating those are for online only I don’t know what to tell you. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he responded “I am” when I asked him if he was the supervisor he then changed his tune and said he would take my coupon but had an attitude while I was again giving the order based on the coupon offer. In the end I decided to cancel my order as he was being extremely difficult and rude, unprovoked. I can understand getting to a level of rudeness when someone is being rude to you but to be rude for no reason is not cool.

I been coming here for the past 3 years since it’s opening, and I have to say that I’m very glad to have this location so close to me. For the past 3 years I have yet to taste a bad batch of pizzas, so if you’re looking for a pizza place that consistently serves good pizza this is the place. Not to mention the good customer service they offer, along with the many T.V.s inside to keep you entertained for the time being. Overall good place and very convenient for football season!

Husband - the pizza was great as usual but I slipped and fell walking out of the bathroom and I had on my slip proof timberlands. Good thing I fell gracefully. The floor needs to be Swiffered better.

This was exquisite, the delivery was fast, it was hot, tasty ingredients, the flavor was great, there are personal sizes, and above all it is not dry... it is crunchy, and it didn't take me long to deliver it to me. I loved !

Jermiah was very very kind to me the moment I stepped in the building. He saw that I was missing my credit card at home and decided to come out of his own pockets to pay for my pizza. I can see just off of how he Carries himself he is a very respectful, hard working, and also! VERY FUNNY young man. Please. Give the hard working man a raise.

Can somebody please tell me What mountain I can find Mike on so I can tell him to fire these people. They burnt everything! My Pizza ! My churros ! DO NOT COME HERE. THE WORST. AND I HAD TO WAIT 45 MIN. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. THIS FOOD IS NOT FIT FOR A DOG

Don't come here unless you got an hour n a half to wait on picking your pizza up. Jesus Christ. Had I paid, I would have gotten my refund, went killed some animals, made pepperoni, grown my own wheat/grain, harvested it, rolled it into flat dough, put everything on there and made my own pizza. Would have been done faster.

Don't waste your time.I'd give it 0-stars if I could. The delivery person ignored the whole "contactless delivery" and helped himself to steal my Sunglasses while he was looking through the warehouse (came through the back door not the front like a normal person). Tried to act like he didn't know there was a front door (clearly visible from the back).Called to complain about it and haven't heard back from their manager who is apparently never there.UPDATE to Response:So, after brushing me off when I tried to keep it offline by contacting the store directly, you're now asking me to do more work to tell you how bad your store is to end the exact same way? FOH
