Definitely not freshly-made they just throw them in the oven from the freezer they have back there definitely a rip-off also $4 for three little round cookies 5.99$ for one large cookie better off making your own cookies or going to Safeways bakey. I used love going to this Mrs. Fields and buying a cookie and milk. Their milk was very cold and I loved that. Now for about two years they stopped selling milk. So now I don't buy cookies or brownies at that location because they do not have milk. Other locations still sell milk to go with the cookies, but I don't know why this location stopped.

Really sweet owner! I got there on a Thursday morning right when they opened and although she was still setting up, she was able to help me order two Manager specials a.k.a. 40 mini cookies. She even threw in a couple of extras! One thing though, the cash register wasn't working and it took almost 10 minutes of restarting and trying a bunch of cards before we eventually gave up. Thankfully, I had cash on me. Although it was a bit frustrating because she mentioned this has happened several times before, and I wouldn't have been able to make my purchase after all that waiting had I not had cash onme. Maybe it's time for a new register?

Disappointed when I went in today. The guy actedas if he didn‘t want to take my order and seemed impatient. I was upset about the higher price than what I use to pay now being $8 for 20 Nibblers. I paid and didn’t care much for the flavor of the cookies or the texture. They were way too sweet, cold and stiff. I think I’m over Mrs Fields as the last time I had some undercooked cookies. I’ve been coming to Mrs Fields as a kid and now a Parent and I’m done now.

Customer service is awful. The. System was down to take card as payments then we tried to get some cash at the atm then told us to come back right away in rude manner. Not good for any recommendations
