How does the Olive Garden run out of olives? That was my question after driving through 3 cities on the freeway to get there. It seems like every time I come to this location the are out of something I specifically came for. Today I only came to order a salad. I thought to myself this cannot go wrong. WRONG I was going to ask for extra olives because last week when I ordered multiple things something was wrong and I did not leave a review about it. Today I'm annoyed not only is it standard to get only two olives in your salad. They didn't even have any. When I asked why were they out. I was told they generally run out of things on the weekends (it's Monday at 6ish) someone is serious slacking on inventory. How hard is it to get more olives for Mondays. I'm so irritated I just knew my salad was going to be amazing. Wasted my gas sheesh!

Everything is excellent, the service, the taste of the food is too delicious, just one small great detail, the cleanliness of the men's bathrooms, that is terrible every time I go, it cannot be 100% because of that detail that is always neglected, if they improve on this it will be 100% good.

Great service and unlimited soup or salad and bread sticks makes this place a good pick for pasta. The large menu has something for everyone! You can also customize your dish.

We request shrim (no available), calamary (no available) , salmón (also no). Better close the place
I visited this place a few weeks ago, The waitress who served us was of East Asian origin. She was very incompetent with the service. With a terrible approach to our table..I've already decided to only order three adult food dishes. To share with my minor children...We let her know that, But she never brought us extra plates..!! Her put only three plates for the salad... She never gave us utensils to eat with. She eventually changed waiters with another colleague. Thanks in the end to that waiter of Hispanic origin. He took control, and he, see our poor service ...And he began to put things in order. With a friendly attitude and quality service..!!

I was hungry over the weekend and was craving some Chicken Alfredo. It was a little late and I opted to order from Olive Garden instead of a local italian restaurant. The first issue came when I tried to order. After several attempts, I was not able to login to my account online. The websited just went on an infinite loop of redirects. I had to redo my order like 4 times, with the last time opting for entering all my cc data manually.
I went to pick up my food around 9:20 PM. They were accurate with the time and had my food ready. I then drove back home about 1 minutes and was getting ready to enjoy my meal. The salad was okay. But when I got to the chicken Alfredo, I had a bite of the chicken and it was raw. I can't describe the awful feeling of biting into the meat and feeling that crunch. I spit it out right away and stopped eating it. I did not want to run the risk of having the whole plate contaminated by the raw chicken.
I was both upset and hungry. I called the restaurant and after about a 20 minute wait, I was transferred to the manager. She did apoligize for the inconvinience and asked me if I wanted to drive back to the restaurant to pick up a new meal. I told her that I did not want to drive back since it was past 10:00 pm and they were near closing. She offered to send me a $30 gift card for a new meal in the future. It has been about 4 days and I have not received anything at all.
I was hungry and had to heat up the $6 alfredo with no chicken that I also got on the same order. Fortunately, I did not get sick from the food. But I don't think it is fair for them to serve out food this way. I don't think I will be returning to this or any other Olive Garden in the future.

The food is not great, the servers don’t give you any information regarding how things work. Not sure how this place is still in business.

This used to be a great place for good food. The prices are incredibly high for the portions plus the salt content seems to be increasing on every dish. The music is louder than usual we couldn't hear our server. The best deal is the lunch special as dinners will be quite costly.
