The shop is large with many drink options and snacks to choose from. You order from the kiosk in front but can ask the staff if you have any questions.
I ordered a Jasmine Milk Tea with Oat Milk and it was perfectly made. Highly recommend a lower sugar level since it's sweet as it is. They also did a great matcha latte that my sister ordered too.
Will definitely come back here the next time I'm in the area.

Honestly bad service lady didnāt acknowledge me for minutes. Finally when I got my tea in less than a minute I was just milk and syrup, bobo hard in the center. Horrible place do not recommend, T4U is infinitely better and less than a 3 minute walk away. š

We discovered this place while house hunting in Hayward. There are parking spaces nearby. Would definitely recommend B5 Strawberry Blizzard With Sago. It's so delicious. We drive from San Francisco just to get drinks from this place.
I was sitting down when all of a sudden me and my girlfriend see a cockroach coming from down the wall right next to us. It was a big cockroach too, it wasnāt a small one. Meaning that thereās probably an infestation. Iāll never come back and I recommend to stay far away from this place.

Workers are uneducated they donāt understand the drinks, as well as the meaning of a ādrink baseā as in the tea that the drink is made with. No customer service, workers just leave drinks and do not call them out. Ask yourself if youād spend your hard earned money here. Go to T4 next door.
