We discovered this place while house hunting in Hayward. There are parking spaces nearby. Would definitely recommend B5 Strawberry Blizzard With Sago. It's so delicious. We drive from San Francisco just to get drinks from this place.

I found this place on DoorDash when I searched for Milk Tea. I decided to try it so I ordered the Creme Brûlée Boba Milk Tea and the Mango Blizzard with sago. Both were drinks were really good.

Hit or miss, WARNING 0 ice means your drink will be warm! Sometimes it’s very good but sometimes the drink it’s literally a tea with no sugar. Workers are uneducated they don’t understand the drinks, as well as the meaning of a “drink base” as in the tea that the drink is made with. No customer service, workers just leave drinks and do not call them out. Ask yourself if you’d spend your hard earned money here. Go to T4 next door.
