Service was slow. Customers were complaining about the long wait time and orders weren't served in order. Food was over cooked and very skimpy. Ordered chicken katsu, received a few actual pieces of chicken, the rest jerky chicken katsu and extra crunchy.

Food is ok. This place is very dirty. Customer service is horrible. Had an expired coupon and they would not honor it. Guess they don’t need the money or the customers.
Excellent to all workers! I only came here because I was very hungry and it was close. Normally I would pick anybody just about, besides Ono Hawaiian. I've been to 3 others- Fremont hub, Decoto Rd and one other I can't remember. None of them had this great service quality or good food. Whipple Rd store, you do it right!!

Lately they’ve been skimping and n portions which I didn’t mind at first but today, I paid $3 for steamed rice and they gave me half a scoop of rice. Just take it off the menu if you can’t afford to serve more.
Skimpy on food. Had more veggie than actual chicken in my chicken katsu plate.
