Read here, before completing your order online, over the phone, doordash, grub hub, etc... This location purposely doesn't add/include any side sauces of any sort unless you dine in. They know most customers won't check or can't check if ordered online or over the phone.They do this to cut cost and stretch out their supply. The customer service inside is very sad, the employees look like they don't want to be there. No greet or thank you when entering or leaving. Very rude and poor service.

Came back after not eating Ono's for a few months. Ordered the Hawaiian BBQ beef and it tasted like raw fish. I'm not a fish person, so I could get past 2 bites. I don't know if they grilled it in fish oil or something but that's $20 in the garbage. I hope that was an accident and not how they cook it now. I'm sure someone likes it, and this used to be my favorite food (like I used to eat it every day), but I don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon.

We ordered in and we shared the number 42. It's supposed to come with like a noodle salad type thing but we ordered extra vegetables because we don't want to eat the week. We divided it between two people and it's delicious. It's actually enough for two people or one person for two meals. Mom and I love it. It gives you chicken and beef. Blue teriyaki sauce is to die for. Yum.

The proteins with Vega and macaroni are so good. I love meats combo that really helped my body healthy. I have so much respect to workers doing their job, and doing fantastic work on this meal.

I have to say this is my new favorite Hawaiian bbq spot! This place's good quality is amazing and they hook it up! Before this place I would go to Hawaiian drive down the street. Ever since I found this spot it has been a game changer for me. My job and my lifestyle required a lot of calories this place is the best for me! Thank you. Also the price is affordable.
