The proteins with Vega and macaroni are so good. I love meats combo that really helped my body healthy. I have so much respect to workers doing their job, and doing fantastic work on this meal.

Really really upset about the experience I had at Ono this evening. Mind you I've been going to Ono at this location for like 10 years now. Was my go to for Hawaiian food. Ono even followed me on Twitter bc I'm a valued customer. So first thing, when I called to place an order it was picked upped then hung. Not once but TWICE. I get it might have been busy but for gods sake out me on hold. Once I finally got through and placed my order i was told that it was going to take 10/13 min (usually does take this time). So I wait and finally head over 15 min after (I like to give them some extra time to not make them feel pressured in case they are running behind). I get there and pay and my food isn't ready. The cashier Anyla, tells me it's going to be a while (which i was confused bc I ordered in) but I tried to understand where they were coming from. 15 min later I see someone who placed an order at the restaurant get their food. I was confused bc they had literally placed the order there and I had called (at this point almost 30 min ago) so I wait and wait and wait... NOTHING at this point it's closed to 45 min after me getting there. I tired to see if it could get their attention but they were swamped with other ppl and in their down time it looked like Anyla was going to the back while the guy cashier was bagging orders. The guy cashier comes up to me and asks what order I am. I asked him for an ETA bc I was already at this point running late and was just going to honestly request a refund. He goes and asks the cooks, they point and turns out the order was already ready... when I got there.... Almost an hour of waiting and my food was already there. He apologizes and offers a free drink. At this point I was just upset and hungry and wanted to leave so insaid no thank you. I leave get home and surprise surprise, not only is the food cold, but literally half the portion that they usually serve -_- . It looked liked i got a mini meal... safe to say that I Still love Ono however, this location willDef not get my service which is is a shame bc it's the one I've been dedicated to for over a decade..... literally have NEVER left a negative review anywhere but this was too much

Every time I stop by I never have any issues the food is great from the regular katsu chicken plate to the bbq mix one. I haven’t tried spam and eggs but Im sure there not bad I just prefer a plate of bbq.I also like the fact that you can serve your self all the katsu sauce that you want and the teriyaki sauce other places only want to give you one sauce and give you a look ? wen you ask for another one.

I’ve been here many times and it’s away good. Today the food and service was exceptional. The Covid shield that separated the employees from the customer had been removed. It made the interaction much more pleasant. The restaurant was nice and cool on this hot summer day.

Compared to some other Ono locations, i felt they couldve provided a little more protein. The wait was about 16 minutes for 2 plates, and the restaurant was pretty clean for the most part.

Why 2 stars ? Let us be honest, if you have been here you know exactly what I am sharing :) Food is just like any other Hawaiian place cooled on a flat iron and bbq flavor yumminess but the place is extremely dirty and restrooms are filthy and you can imagine how the food is prepared here. The entire floor has never seen scrubbing and all the furnitures are an eye sore. Come see for yourself. This was nice when they first opened and now you be the judge and drop by and see for yourself. Been going here awhile now but I feel the need to speak out to get back the old ambiance it had before :)...Management please look at the cleanliness of this place. Only the tables and chairs are wiped down by the nice older lady and she deserves a pat in the back as she is trying her best and hopefully I can edit this review soon :).I refuse to post photos of the filth as it might scare customers and this place just needs a good cleaning really.

The manager with the worst attitude and professionalism literally not minutes after opening and prioritizing DoorDashers instead of costumers they literally made 5 orders before attending me having me wait 30 after opening time worst experience ever.
