I went in to get some food. It was good, but the guy over there asked me if it was okay to charge me 1.50 dollars extra for the extra honey walnut shrimp and then I said, “can you waive it please if you don’t mind”, then he gave me attitude and said “no we have to charge you 1.50 for that honey walnut shrimp”. It’s like bro what is up with your attitude and second why are you gonna ask me if it is okay that you’re gonna charge me that much if you’re gonna tell me right after that you’re gonna just do it. It doesn’t make sense dude! If you’re gonna charge me anyway then just say that you are gonna charge me and get it over with bro!

Small servings, staff starts staring when you are ordering. Replace staff and get better serving size. Also their chow main consists mainly of cabbage and barely any

Manager was super rude and hostile. I had placed an order the week before on the app and when I showed up to pick up they didn’t have any of the food I ordered available. I told them it was fine and requested a refund and they said I needed to talk to a manager.Couple days passed and I go in to talk to the manager and she yells at us that they are no longer serving. I communicate politely that I am not there for food but to ask about the refund process and she just repeats that they are not serving food. She then turns her back on us and proceeds to ignore us for like 3 minutes as we’re trying to get her attention. She ended up finally approaching us as she rolled her eyes and when we explained the situation she said to go on the app as it wasn’t her problem. Also heard her cuss to her coworker about my friend and I in Spanish even though we are also Hispanic and also speak Spanish. She was really rude and I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but I really just wanted her advice on the situation. Didn’t get her name but it was a Black woman (manager) in different uniform.

Every time I come here, they never have any food ready. The workers are incredibly slow, and the food looks old. Also, one of the workers gets an attitude when you correct him, or you have to repeat what you said.

The food was good yet the server…is a whole other story….He assumed I wanted noodles when I pointed to the shrimps and when I corrected him, he said “I know, you don’t have to tell me”.

Hella stingy here. Last time I came I bought a bowl and side of crab rangoons, they only let me have one sauce packet and refused to give me another, even if I offered to buy extra sauce. Most recent visit they basically gave me a bowl of rice.
Workers not trained properly. Late opening. Food not cooked correctly.
The Panda is inside the campus area close to bookstore. Inside the area there's Subway.

This location has a great selection of coffee, tea, and tasty treats. This is a great place to spend a gift card or purchase a gift card for somebody that you want to surprise with a nice gift. This location has friendly service and they're flexible hours offer you the opportunity to stop in at either their drive-thru or walk into their counter and order from one of their baristas.
The portions are good for CSUEB students since everything up here in Hayward costs an arm and a leg..~$7.50 for 2 entrees and grains like rice and/or noodles. Enough food to fill you for lunch and potentially dinner. Should probably bring your own drink or water though. One complaint though, my first fortune cookie from here had nothing in it. Talk about misfortune.
I sent my friends to this restaurant with my warmest recommendations. I go their often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The meals are great and the stuff is generous and cooperative. Every time we eat in this place we have a pleasant evening. I warmly recommend this restaurant.
Long line.
These are all the same. A fascinating observatory of the ways the fast food industrial complex hashes through the necessities of serving a commodity while extracting as much profit out of the raw material and the souls of its production units as possible. The fare and dining experience are just as one would expect coming out the other end of such a grinding mechanical process. Just enough “taste” and just enough risk management to keep just enough tolerant consumers slouching through their doors during business hours. The calculation here is to present sufficient offerings that those with limited options are willing to stomach. Put another way: the presence of a Panda Express is an epicurean insult to the neighborhood. Go see for yourself!
