This experience makes me question the lack of training and how good customer service can make a big difference. It may not be a big deal to some, but to me, service is essential, and this kind of treatment makes me think twice about coming back.

there was dookie in my coffee they said there was just a big coffee bean but it was gigantic and the wrestled me when i asked ! my grandma was there she asked for sweet coffee with half tea and she got put in a cage never go there again

Exceptional Customer Service by Dave âDavidâ. My order of Iced Latte last Friday was made bad and I expressed it to Dave. Monday morning he took care of the situation and did not charge me for a remake. The Iced Latte was really good. The team there are very friendly. Dave if he isnât now should be promoted to management.

You know. I had an experience today with Door Dash. I called in to advise the issue and HANDS DOWN the store manager Edwin, He took care of me. I totally thought it was going to be a frustrating call, but NO. This young man was so understanding, he was apologetic and had the BEST customer service attitude I have been able to experience in a long time. These days everyone has a chip on their shoulder but I had such a pleasant experience. I don't really review but I feel this gentleman by the name of Edwin needs a shout out. Keep it up young man. I know there are frustrating days but keeping that great customer shows a lot of your talent. Hands down!
The window guy called me a liar as he had to redo my order because he made all drinks iced. He said my whole crew heard you say iced! After speaking to manager I will not go back out of principle......I am an original devotee of Peet's on Vine St. Total bummer

Unfortunately, my last experience at this cafĂ© was disappointing and changed my opinion about a place I used to consider one of my favorites. When I tried to pay in cash with a $50 bill, I was surprised that they refused my payment without offering any explanation or alternative. Since I didnât have smaller bills or my card on me at the time, there was no willingness from the staff to help, which was disappointing, especially from a brand I usually prefer.
