Exceptional Customer Service by Dave ‘David’. My order of Iced Latte last Friday was made bad and I expressed it to Dave. Monday morning he took care of the situation and did not charge me for a remake. The Iced Latte was really good. The team there are very friendly. Dave if he isn’t now should be promoted to management.
You know. I had an experience today with Door Dash. I called in to advise the issue and HANDS DOWN the store manager Edwin, He took care of me. I totally thought it was going to be a frustrating call, but NO. This young man was so understanding, he was apologetic and had the BEST customer service attitude I have been able to experience in a long time. The window guy called me a liar as he had to redo my order because he made all drinks iced. He said my whole crew heard you say iced! After speaking to manager I will not go back out of principle......I am an original devotee of Peet's on Vine St. Total bummer
