I have found this location's cold brew to be consistently good. Today, both Anthony and Tiana were busting their behinds while managing the morning rush. I appreciate their hustle and how they were able to maintain a positive vibe! There were other awesome people working but I haven't met them yet. I'll definitely return 😊
Exceptional Customer Service by Dave ‘David’. My order of Iced Latte last Friday was made bad and I expressed it to Dave. Monday morning he took care of the situation and did not charge me for a remake. The Iced Latte was really good. The team there are very friendly. Dave if he isn’t now should be promoted to management.
You know. I had an experience today with Door Dash. I called in to advise the issue and HANDS DOWN the store manager Edwin, He took care of me. I totally thought it was going to be a frustrating call, but NO. This young man was so understanding, he was apologetic and had the BEST customer service attitude I have been able to experience in a long time.
