The food is ok here and very pricey. Tried it 10 times only my parents would come here a lot to buy if they lazy to cook or after grocery shopping and they don't want to waste another time driving and doing to go order with other restaurants.

ZERO STARS! RATS AT THIS LOCATION! BEWARE!!!!!! I HAVE been going here as it is local to me-went yesterday and was enjoying my shopping time until i clearly saw a RAT!!!!!! yes it was a RAT running across aisle 3! where there is one there is more! never will i ever step in that place again! i will drive all the way to union city or sf to shop. very upset disgusted. yes, there will be possible issues outside near a garbage, but even that you should be managing that. health department issue here and will be calling them!

Bought a crispy pata this morning at 11 am for dinner and we were not able to eat it as it was not freshly cooked but a refried/recycled from the day before. Meat was too dry sticking to the bones and bones very brittle. Called Philhouse and the guy who answered said it could not happen as leftovers are used as "pangsahog". Very disappointed.

Gave it another shot, so frustrated $100 worth of food down the drain, BBQ was hard not edible, crispy pata was old and chewy: freaking server try to bullshit me it was freshly cooked. Fish was stale. Total embarrassment to my visitors. Suggest spending a few more minutes going to seafood city!

For the last several years, we have been going here in this branch, which is in Hayward close to target. I love going here because it's just pretty small compared to the other one of their competitor and I can still get everything that I need at the same time. The fact that I love doing my groceries at Island pacific and since they are inside the store. It's all a one stop shop, I always love their selections. The only thing I am disappointed is when you try to call them for advance orders no one is even answering the calls, but nonetheless, I still recommend them.

Came here for the skewers. Pork & chicken were overpowered with vinegar. So much so that the flavor was a bit harsh. Will give them another chance to make sure this trip wasn't an anomaly.

Modifier Charge us $11 on our bill today 7/25/23. We just Google it and found out they charge for their service with out notifying! On 3/1/2023 my bill receipt does not have a Modifier Fee on.

The food here remarkable, It's pretty surprising! Service, the interior & products are great. It's not like Seafood who starts to monopolize their product with Panama. Lastly, customer service is at par excellence. You feel at home.

This place has some good BBQ sticks. Very similar to what I am used to out there in the west bay. I also like there pancit bihon. Haven't really tried to much of their other stuffs, but I can say that I will be back for the BBQ.

So food is average prices are not! The employees are not paid enough a Medicore minimum wage! So don't expect quality service from them !

The food was good, but the Tocino was dry. We did go towards the end of breakfast so it probably wasn't super fresh. Workers weren't mean or friendly, just seemed to be going through the motions.

I used to get bbq sticks (pork and chicken) elsewhere until I found this place. You pay a bit more for them but also get twice as much meat and flavor compared to other places. I have also tried a couple other dishes. The Bicol Express has a little bit of bite which is how I like it, but could do with a little less fat from the pork. I also tried the dinuguan which could use a little more vinegar and spice. Good selection and I've never had any issues with their service. I've brought their bbq sticks to potlucks and they're always a hit.
