Order for two. Medium size bowls. Tuna and salmon. Clean and simple. Fresh ingredients and clearly easy to order. Straight forward and efficient. It was a light meal, but filling. The sauces were not overly powering the fish or the entire dish / bowl. Very balance.

Fantastic Poke Spot! Really good poke with fresh ingredients and generous portions. There’s a great variety of toppings to choose from, so you can really customize your bowl. Parking is easy, and they have both indoor and outdoor seating, which makes the experience even better. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!

Disappointed with recent visits — serious concerns. I used to come here often and even recommended it to others, especially for larger group orders. Unfortunately, things have changed drastically. The staff on my last visit were extremely unprofessional — loud, distracted, and more focused on socializing than serving customers. One male employee in particular (I think his name was David) was especially dismissive and seemed either very tired or under the influence, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. It didn’t feel like anyone was properly trained or supervised, and I honestly questioned whether the food was being handled safely. Between the poor customer service and the lack of professionalism, I won't be returning. It's disappointing to see a place that used to be reliable fall so far in quality. I hope management steps in before things get worse.

**Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service.** We used to place large bulk orders here regularly, but unfortunately, the quality of service has drastically declined. During our last visit, we were met with rude and immature behavior—possibly from high school-aged staff. One individual, I believe his name was David, was especially unprofessional.
Customer service was lacking entirely, and I had serious concerns about food safety and staff conduct. Some appeared under the influence, which is unacceptable in any food establishment. We no longer feel safe ordering from here and will be reporting this experience to the appropriate authorities. This location has lost our business.
Although prices have increased slightly, this is understandable and noticeable everywhere these days. An important note... while the inner parking lot can be a bit tight, venturing a bit further to the adjacent parking lot would be a better option.
Overall, the simplicity of the ordering process coupled with the quality and freshness of the ingredients, especially their proteins such as the salmon and tuna options, definitely makes PokeDon a reliable choice for a quick and flavorful meal.

After several visits to PokeDon in Hayward, it's high time to share our experience. The create-your-own Poké bowls offer a satisfying customization experience, which allows customers to tailor their meal to their liking.
