Fries were cold and undercooked, the put the fries in a bag with no type of container. The fish was good and fresh but they didn’t toast the bun. The manager is mean and cheap, she need more training. I don’t eat the sauce that came on the burger so they wanted to charge me for a different sauce smh!

every year in February popeyes bring back fish sandwiche and takle box shrimp for $6.99 deal for limited time in store or online you can buy this deal anywhere in California except this location , when you ask them for this $6.99 takle box shrimp deal they keep telling customers its only online, but it's not true, I call Popeyes corporate they told me this deal is in-store and online available for 30 days, I think the owner need to let his employees know about this deal,

First time at this one and I'm happy to say I was impressed. I order a 5 piece strips with fries and drink, a steawberry lemonade crush, cinnamon apple pie. I hadn't eaten and it was dark out. They said 5min and I figured great, fresh hot chicken strips. Everything was fine. I enjoyed the meal. It was raining lightly, I sat in the car to listen to my latest audio book from Susta S. Tyson. The service was fine, the meal was delicious. ??P s. Too damn expensive to eat out these dayz. Wages go up and prices right along with them. Nothings changed. More money, higher prices on everything. What use to be $6 and change now $20 and change. Yea, im a baby boomer. Insane pricing these dayz!.Parking: ??

If i can give 0 stars i would. First of all bad customers service the lady with glasses linda is the name was being rude to customers (us) and her workers. Place don’t even look clean and lets not talk about the moldy and filthy fountain drink. Had to get a refund back before we get sick.

I order online I did not receive any kind of receipt, but amount was credited from my credit card I went this location I told this stuff I did not receive any receipt but amount was credit from my account. I explained the situation they asked me my name. I told my name they search on their try to find out my name I don’t know they find out or not, after that one more person came again you asked me my name I told again my name and he also search my name and ask me some questions. I told everything about whatever he asked me. I told everything after that you told me you wait and I ask him or he find out My name he told me then he went inside. Come back after a few minutes. I ask him he told me chicken wings is a cooking. You wait after that I wait like more than 30 to 40 minutes. then someone came he told me again he asked me where is the receipt I told before 30 to 40 minutes I don’t receive I did not receive my iPad in my credit card this location. Also what happened again you asking me give me a receipt why you did not tell me before 30 to 40 minutes finally he talk to rudely rudely I am upset especially they don’t know too much English to speak. They only speak too much Spanish. I’m upset too much very bad. Very bad service.

I don't know that's because I use the coupon or inflation, the potion is really small for $13, which includes 5 pcs chicken tender, 2 regular sides (extra $0.50 if you pick Mac&cheese), 2 biscuits. Without coupon, you will have to pay $20 for this. The size chicken tender is half of what I used to get, their regular Fries is same as small fries at McDonald.Chicken tender and fries are both soft and soggy, Mac & Cheese tastes bland. I guess because I ordered my food at 2:30pm, after lunch time, therefore the food is not fresh anymore.

This Popeyes is the one I always go to but the service is so slow this last time. I was told a chicken sandwich was going to be a 10 minute wait which is no problem for me but I ended up waiting about 20+ almost 30 minutes. The ghost pepper wings are delicious must get! That and blackened ranch. Mentioning the blackened ranch .. every 6pcs gets a sauce of choice but they skimped and will make you pay for them if you don't pay attention! I would recommend ordering ahead online if you don't want to wait, I don't think they do phone orders. I highly recommend it at this location so you can just drive up and pick up instead of waiting around in the sketch my parking lot.
