3 stars just because I really liked the brown sugar boba latte, popcorn chicken and Takoyaki. The popcorn chicken is always crispy with a hint of heat. I really liked that there were 8 pieces of Takoyaki. The brown sugar boba is made of milk and of course, had brown sugar around the cup. I didn't really taste the latte part of the drink but I really enjoyed the taste of it. Most of the times I've went here, they don't have boba, or a certain ingredient for a drink or the cup size you want. It seems like if it is near closing time, they will say the kitchen is closed and you can hear the cook still in the back cooking something. I have been going to this location the past few days and since the shelter in place was in effect, the wait was less than 10 min (the food took about 5 min). The place is dirty and needs to be cleaned. There are lots of pieces of gum under the tables...looks so disgusting. You would think someone would sweep the floors and mop them. Went there today and they didn't have the supplies to make the drink I wanted. I asked the young lady what time the kitchen closes and she said they close at 6pm. I asked if the cook is cooking and she said no...but he was there in the kitchen just standing looking out. I tried to ask if they can cook me some popcorn chicken and she said no, we close at 6 and it was 5:30pm. I left because she didn't even try to ask the cook to make food. The lady also told me that this was their last day open and that they will close down in a month. Kinda sad about not having a boba place close to home.

Got here to order some snack and drinks for my family. I wish you guys would inform your customer that you guys don't have bags and tray for the drinks. If I know this upfront I would not have order. Due to this I won't be coming back here again.

"Closed for inventory." Why? No wonder this place is 2.5 stars. This place needs to close down. Place is dirty. Nobody is doing anything, but all the tables are dirty.

Not sure if a drink is worth 30 mins+ long on a Sunday . They need to hire more staff... this is not the only time I had to wait this long. Drink and snack prices are fair. Jasmine mt is on the sweet side, otherwise it is great!

Coming here is a hit or miss. Not so much with the drinks/food but more so the employees. They always have such unwelcoming employees. Was just in there and the guy said he couldn't do any blended drinks because they were too busy and they were closing early at 8:45. It was 8:26. They don't close until 10. When we entered he didn't even say hi and when we got to the register he just stood there and looked at us. No greeting or anything. Drinks are always good though. If I see this guy again definitely not going in.

Went to the store at 9:40pm and the store hours are until 10:00pm but the girl inside will not open the door or even bother telling customers that she decided to close it early. There were other customers waiting outside too. If the store sign says open until 10:00 pm customers would be think that you are open to customers until 10 not that the employee closes 30 minutes before the closing time. This is so unprofessional. Maybe store should specify that the store is open until 10 but service only provided until 9:30. Website has a closing time of 11pm and there is a had written sign posted right below showing new times but I think management made a mistake. The new closing time should be 9:30pm instead of 10.

I used to go there all the time with my college friends and or sister. Sometimes I go and order their shakes. It's best to get it during a hot day. Cheap drinks and good food. Sometimes slow service.

Pulled up at 9:48, open sign still on, doors locked. Thought it was just main door locked, so I walk around to the other side, and that's locked too. The place closes at 10. Girl that works there pretends not to see me trying to open the doors. So freaking annoying if they advertise that they close at 10 but in reality they close at 9:45. I mean, it takes but a minute to order a freakin drink. I don't understand how they could stay in business doing s*** like that. Stay away from this place. Update: Do not go here! This location is one of the worst. They close at 9, but I pulled in at 8:49. Guy working tells me they're closed. Wtf?! Then why advertise that you're open till 9?!

Worst customer service. This review is simply based on an encounter I just had. I took my nephew out to get some quickly since it's his favorite! I show up at around 9:45 p.m on a Friday night (12/12/19) and as We are walking up to the door the lady who seemed to be cleaning up rushes to the door to close it and locks it AS SHE IS STARING AT US. The sign on the door says they close at 10:00, NOT 9:45 p.m. I felt embarrassed by this, as the worker in the back seemed to be giggling at what she had done. She locked it right in front of us...??? I understand if it was a slow night and she decided to start cleaning up early, but that was just RUDE since She didn't say a thing! She just walked away as soon as she locked the doors. I tried calling the store to see if I could speak with a manger to see what was going on, but no one answered the phone.
Awful service. First I arrive and before the cashier even greets me he cuts me off and says they aren't taking card for the day. Then, after I leave to get cash, I come back and ask for misubi and he didn't even let me finish my sentence saying they didn't have misubi. Nasty awful attitude and as a regular customer it is not the first time this has happened. Will not be returning.

Nope. Don't go here. Both my friend and myself came here for the first time and the drinks were horribly made. Mine didn't even get mixed well (and wouldn't mix in) since they put too much brown sugar. Even at 100% (regular) sweetness, they probably put in 3x the amount needed. The boba texture and taste was really bad too. I wouldn't recommend going here at all.
